Gerät funktioniert nicht richtig, ich werde nur hingehalten, es wird nicht geholfen. Für mich absolut unseriös, man sollte dort nichts bestellen!

Ich habe im August 2023 eine Powerstation R 4000 für fast 199
0€ über eBay bei allpowers gekauft, diese ist nun defekt, auf meine E-Mail ' s an unterschiedliche Adressen ( ab Mitte April)
reagiert der Verkäufer nicht.
Auch eBay hält sich nach
Ablauf des Käuferschutzes
raus, ebenso PayPal nach
180 Tagen. Nie wieder!! Bei e
-bay wird der Store mit 98,4
Prozent positiven
Bewertungen geführt.
Lediglich die Lieferung erfolgte reibungslos. Keine Antwort, kein Service. Geld versenkt!
Aktueller Nachtrag: eBay hat meine Aktivität bezüglich des Verkäufers bemerkt und bei mir nachgefragt. Ich habe geantwortet das sich der Verkäufer bezüglich einer Reklamation nicht meldet. Das Unerwartete geschah, allpowers hat sich gemeldet und veranlasst eine Abholung. Nach Erhalt und Prüfung sollen wir ein neues Gerät bekommen! Ich berichte.
Die Rücksendung an allpowers ging angeblich verloren obwohl der Transport von allpowers verlasst wurde, wir mussten persönlich beim Spediteur die Unterlagen für die Abholung, Transport und Zustellung bei allpowers anfordern und allpowers zukommen lassen.

Nachdem wir diesen Vorgang 2 x wiederholt
haben erhielten wir heute am 8.5.23 die E R S A T Z L I E F E R U NG.
Daher ändere ich die Bewertung von 1 Stern
in 4 Sterne ab.

Bought a R2500 about 6 months ago and after 5 months it stopped working except for the fans they continually were on when i pressed the start button.
I contacted customer service about what it could be and what to do.
Asked me to send a video of the problem which i did, then i was asked by several persons within the company this same question and send the video several times, and it took them several days to react to my questions about what to do and eventually they offered to send me a new machine if i would pack and secure the machine on a pallet and give them the measurements of the complete pallet and photos of the complete pallet so they could send a courier for pick up. That was 2 weeks ago and i have been asking for a reply ever since but no more answers from them.
This started at the beginning of march.
The whole interaction with them seems a stalling techniek to discourage you to asking questions and give up.
A very disgrace full company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
After receiving a second faulty powerstation I am trying to get the items returned and refunded.
Initially received an r2500 unit, this wouldnt switch on. I recived a replacment r3500 and this unit is just as faulty!! It wont turn of, wont charge and the power outlets are intermittently working.
The response time to emails is pitiful over 24 hours to reply!!
Despite not being delivered on a shipping pallet, I apparently need to return the unit on a pallet once I have measured the dimensions and weight of the return. They now have stopped responding and looks like I will have to take this to trading standards and get my solicitor involved to resolve this and get my money back.
These products are not cheap and appear to be a good product on paper, but they have a lot of issues with quality control

Hier kaufe ich nie wieder, ein Power Kit gekauft und was bekam ich geliefert? Nur 2 Panel, auf die Reklamation kamnach 2 Tagen Antwort man bemüht sich die Ware zu schicken, darauf warte ich noch Immer.

As at Feb 2024 potential buyers should be aware that Allpowers are shipping R600 units with known faults. The fault code is E2 07.
I have been through multiple return/replacements but all devices carry the same fault. They are aware but seem to have no ability to guarantee a working unit is shipped.

Bought a portable solar panel, come with a problem. Returned to company and just waiting for refund. Not be refunded until today 21/03/2024

Allpowers removed my review from there website so I'm going to post it here.

I have 3 Allpowers S300 power stations 1 purchased direct from Allpowers and 2 from Amazon all 3 start losing charge after 2 days left at 100% down to 99% and then 1% lost per day after that i have multiple power stations and these are the only ones that lose charge so quick and i cant get close to the 288wh capacity its similar to what one of the other reviewers said 140wh. I suppose its not to bad if only paying £80,

Avoid this company at all cost. The second the product is faulty you are entirely on your own. 4 months after my week old device failed i am still awaiting response from them.

I purchased a power station (€.492) It worked for the first few months, but now it won't charge anymore. I would like to have this repaired within the warranty.

The seller on Aliexpress is no longer there, Allpowers itself does not provide any service even though the warranty has not yet expired. They say: we are unable to help you with your needs.
Pure unwillingness! Not even a suggestion for a contact address in Europe.

I have been using the all powers r 600 power station for a 3 months now and it is working great.good device for charging phone laptop drone battries ect.as it only has 600 watt inverter and 280 wh battery it is for light use only but great for the campervan.from full charge it will power my 60watt laptop,mini usb fan,usb light and electric blanket for around 6 hours.it charges via mains quickly from 5 percent to 100 percent in around an hour and 20 mins.the only thing I don't like about it is the overly loud cooling fan the comes on every 15mins to cool the batteries(I got round this by placing a quiet 3 watt mini usb fan at the lefthand side vent and powering it from one of the dc ports so keeping the inverter cool)otherwise its a good product.also it will charge from the all powers 200 watt folding solar panel via xt60 connection from 5 percent in around 4 hours on a good day.good value at the price.recommended.

I bought the ALLPOWERS 2000W Portable Power Station Generator 2X 200W Foldable Solar Panel at a cost of £1669.
I tried to register my product for warranty but the web address given by Allpowers is bogus. Their eBay listing say I have an 18 month warranty.
After only a few charge cycles the invertor stopped working meaning the AC outlets were useless. I contacted Allpowers and they sent me a replacement. However the 400w solar charge socket would drop to 10w even in perfect conditions. The ebay listing says a solar charge takes 3.5 hours but even after a week in perfect conditions it still hasn't charged.
I have contacted Allpowers as I am still well within the warranty period. Their response is "It's not normal to just charge with a solar panel, is it?"
Their offer of compensation for my £1669 expenditure is a £20 solar usb power bank.
So I'm high and dry. I'm £1669 out of pocket with two faulty power generators and two huge solar panels that are of no use. I had to buy a petrol generator to take camping instead, at a cost of £600.
I'm furious and I think I will be going down the small claims court even though the warranty has expired.
Awful product, awful support.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the product I received. Not only did it fail to function properly, but when I requested a return label to send it back, I was informed that I would have to personally purchase and pay for the label upfront myself. This means that I would be held responsible if the item gets lost or damaged during transit on its return.

The communication with the seller has been highly inadequate, as I have been corresponding with someone located overseas (presumably in China), despite the fact that the item was shipped from a fulfillment center in the UK.

It has now been four weeks since I initially contacted them to explain the issue with the product, looks like I'll have no option but to speak too my credit card company.

I bought a 200W solar panel, it's cheap and works well for now.

This company took over $7,000.00 USD from a crowdfunding campaign with promised perks for delivery over 7 months ago. There is no longer any lines of communication and updates have stopped being provided. Please DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. Be it with a purchase or perks through a campaign or capital- you’d be foolish to trust a company that doesn’t value its customer base.
