No plants. No response from company. Kept my money.
I think We need to take legal action against this scam company. 3 times contacted them to find out where my order is, after a month, and ignored. For the fact that they have failed to supply the goods, taken our money & ripped us off. Outrageous. They possibly rely on people to not do anything so they get to keep your money. Really bad experience! Not happy.

After waiting longer than was quoted the tiny plants arrived and were not the ones I ordered. They said they had substituted them but the ones they said I had ordered were not the ones I had ordered anyway. Why couldn't they let me know so I could choose or cancel the order. Won't be ordering from them again
Disgusted with the service and quality…
Disgusted with the service and quality of plants supplied by this company. Ordered mid April, finally arrived in mid June, despite advertising 30 day dispatch and charging just short of £10 for first class delivery. Two of the items were substituted despite showing in stock on their website, tiny plants with yellowing leaves,No response to emails. Won’t be using again.
Bad experience and sub standard
Ordered 6 geraniums on 14th April, today 2nd June a package arrived containing only 3 of those ordered which are all available cheaper and more mature at good nurseries, the substitutes are not satisfactory choices.
Why at the end of May/early June are they only two inches high with barely developed root systems?
Communication from the company has been non existent, clearly Allwoods cannot deliver their promised varieties.
I'll just write this off as a bad experience, I've given two stars, one for the packaging and one because the plants were alive.
Excellent plants
Excellent plants, no problems with packaging. Slightly travel weary but soon recovered. Was late ordering so a couple of plants were substitutes which I agreed on ordering if needed. Now growing well. Would definitely recommend.

Feel like I've been scammed
I ordered and paid for some pelargoniums at the beginning of March. Over two months later there is still no sign of them - which is fine if this had been communicated but their website states that they aim to dispatch within 11-30 days and there's been no communication or explanation for the delay. I've emailed Allwoods three times to get an update on when I can expect the delivery and I've had no response whatsoever. I bought a few other pelargoniums from other nurseries and all healthy plants arrived back in March - needless to say I won't be wasting my time with Allwoods again. Bottom line - you can't take people's money and not provide the goods or a reasonable level of communication and customer service. Feels like I've been scammed.

My plants arrived well packaged and ready for planting on. Lovely healthy little plants, chosen from a wide and varied selection they were too! I’m very pleased with the standard of service and communication. I shall certainly consider buying from Allwoods in the future. Many thanks!
Your plants are always excellent
Your plants are always excellent, and I love the variety you present. This time, I fear that though I feel confident they will come through, several of the pelargoniums were looking a bit tired and yellow when they arrived.

Well packed plants
Well packed plants, delivery excellent. Delivery by Royal Mail rather than courier so arrived when expected. Plants very healthy and undamaged.
Ordered my plants in winter. I was able to delay delivery until spring. A God send as we were unable to heat our greenhou by se. The plants arrived last week. Well packed and healthy. Very pleased😊

No contact
Order placed on 3rd April. Money taken. Heard nothing since and they have not replied to the four emails I have sent. The greatest disappointment is not the money ( although that’s bad). It’s not receiving the plants, or any communication or reply nearly seven weeks later . Very upsetting
Further emails sent no reply or sign of any plants on the way and it will be two months in a couple of days since I ordered. Can cope with late delivery if something I have ordered is a late bloomer or if the demand as been high. The issue is just no contact update or reply.
Disappointing
The plants were received in good condition but some of our choices (order placed and paid for in January 2023) were substituted. Considering they had 5 months to complete the order this is very disappointing. An email to inform us of the unavailable plants would have been appreciated so we could either cancel or make our own alternative selections. Clearly it is not practical to send the unwanted plants back, so we are stuck with them by default. Such a shame as we had keenly anticipated the delivery ......Not happy.
I have been repeatedly let down with…
I have been repeatedly let down with two orders that I placed in December 2022 and Jan 2023. Allwoods need to improve their customer service. They do not return phone calls, They do not respond to e mails. When I did speak to staff the information I was given was inaccurate and vague. They were rude and abrupt when I spoke to them today and had no record of previous calls. It appears they can no longer provide the order I placed. I can accept that delays can occur but I do not accept being lied by incompetent dishonest rude people. This is not a reliable company to place an order with.
