Prompt delivery of my order. Plants were in excellent condition & very well packed . Will certainly consider ordering from this nursery in the future.

No complaints about the plants. Everything ordered has been in good condition and well packaged. Latest order should have included a particular specimen for a special birthday gift to a 100 year old lady with the same name. That was the only plant missing. I accept errors happen (we're all human). What i didn't get however was any support to ensure the plant arrived in time for me to pot it up and take it when I visited. No one ever answers the phone and no option to leave a message. Copious emails sent with no response. Plant sent out and the first I knew was a royal mail email saying they would deliver after I had left so I turned up to the celebrations empty handed. Plant hasn't actually been delivered yet and still no response from Fibrex. I am so disappointed. There were a couple of easy fix options that they chose to ignore which has soured my previously happy experience. Maybe writing this review will prompt some action as I am at a loss. A phone call could have sorted this in minutes.

Ordered three pelargoniums. I often order plants online, but these were by far the healthiest specimens I’ve ever had from any supplier. One was wven in flower!
Planted up straight away and now looking forward to a summer of blooms.

This was my first time ordering pelargoniums online, as I could not find these variegated varieties locally, and I have to say I am genuinely impressed.

I was honestly expecting smaller plants, but what I received was actually better than expected. The pelargoniums arrived in very good condition, were a great size and clearly well rooted.

The packaging was excellent and everything arrived safely without any damage during transit.

Overall, I am really happy with my order and would definitely purchase from Fibrex again.

The ordering process online was really straightforward and easy. My pelargoniums arrived in perfect condition having been very carefully packed. Very clever packaging I must say, as the plug plants are packed on their sides facing one another. Quite brilliant.
As importantly, I really didn’t want any substitutions on my order and Ed was really reassuring about making sure that was the case.
My plants are now thriving in my garden and I’m looking forward to seeing them bloom.

Thrilled with my pelargoniums, a delight to buy from Fibrex nursery.

Royal Mail lost my order and I called Fibrex to see if they could help and if they knew anything about it. With in an hour they had sent my full order out again!! The plants were packed perfectly on arrival which I’ve had issues with in the past with similar companies. Will use again, order 2 going in shortly, thanks again.

The 3 pelargoniums I ordered were lovely plants in good condition and well packaged. I am very pleased with them. I sent an email with some enquiries about how to care for them and got a prompt and helpful reply.

Thank you for my lovely plants, rooted pelargonium cuttings but bigger than l expected. Beautifully packed too, they arrived in good order despite the heat. So far so good, my turn now!

I had a query and sent an email to Fibre Nurseries. They responded very quickly with a fantastic personal service.
I absolutely love the plants I have received from them, all so well packaged, super healthy and have grown into mighty thriving plants just in one season.

I have the bug now and will be looking forward to picking out my new bunch of babies in spring. They are my new obsession.

Pelargoniums arrived in excellent condition and I really appreciated the effort made to ensure all the packaging was recyclable and plastic free.

The plants I ordered took two weeks to arrive. They were in dry soil and badly in need of a lot of tlc. Anyone who is not a gardener would probably send them back. I would not recommend using this company. Products you buy in June will probably no flower this year.
