I ordered a selection of ferns from their extensive online range. The order was dispatched on time, was well packaged and there was good communication (via email & text) to advise that they had been dispatched and the date they were being delivered.

When received, the plants were all of a good quality and were in good condition.

Exactly what you want from an online nursery. I would happily shop there again and recommend Fibrex to others.

Lovely plants packed with obvious care and attention, these people really care about their plants. Looking forward to growing on these Regal Pelargoniums using the very good info enclosed. Will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Top class plants and great customer service as always.

I bought a batch of pelargonium,they were much smaller on arrival than I expected and I thought at the time they were poor value. However, I cared for them in my greenhouse, but they quickly deteriorated and died. I got back to Fibrex but was rudely dismissed as obviously a nuisance. I would never deal with this company again.

We have been looking for a Ray Smith fern for sometime. We sourced one at Fibrex and it arrived on time and was well packaged looks a robust and healthy plant.

The plants were wrapped in newspaper. [Not impressed considering how much money l paid for the plants] As soon as l received them they were handled with care and planted straight away.. in new compost. I bought 6 Geraniums from this company and only 1 survived..
Last year l bought 4 plants and only 1 survived [Do you notice the pattern -_- ] I will not be buying plants from this firm again.

I took up my old habit of gardening during the lockdown and came across this company in RHS (The Royal Horticultural Society ) website last weekend.

I placed an order and the expected delivery date was 12th October and my plants arrived within 3 working days. They are strong and had been carefully wrapped up in compostable bags with plant tags.

I guess the bad reviews about this company must have been related to the disrupted supply chain during the lock down. I came across some reputable companies that are a lot worse than what has been described here.

Responsible companies don’t sell out sub-standard goods. You will understand it if you order food from ethnical companies like Abel & Cole.

If only their customer service, communication and integrity were as impressive as their beautiful plants. Sometimes they'll send plants in a timely fashion, sometimes they won't, and getting a word of sense from them is near impossible (even before the lockdown). After almost 3 months of being led a merry dance over a plant that never arrived, I just gave up and requested a refund, which they did quickly but with no apology, no explanation, nothing. The lady running this nursery literally doesn't know what day it is. 3-months waiting for a plant is just unacceptable, yet they made me feel like a nuisance for asking. One of the rudest companies I have ever dealt with and shall never do so again.
