I was absolutely delighted with my Pelargoniums.
I was absolutely delighted with the Pelargoniums I received from Fibrex Nurseries. They were packaged really well and arrived looking healthy and obviously cared for. The care instructions were concise and extremely helpful.
Their Customer care is excellent - kind, efficient and helpful.
I have purchased many plants online this year from well known sellers and have been very disappointed with their quality. In fact it looked as though discarded plants had simply been thrown in a box!
I will absolutely be buying more plants from Fibrex and obviously highly recommend this Nursery.

Unreal
Unreal - they need the equivalent of the Hotel Inspector to tell them how to run their business. Like a restaurant which has too much on the menu and none of it fresh. We drove miles on an Open Day remembering the original brilliant Fibrex from years ago. Very nice people but Sad.

Told by the company that I had to pot on my wee ( thumb size) plants. Seriously! SO disgusted with this company a complete rip off. Go to a local nursery and see what you are buying for a fraction of the cost
Substitute without asking
My husband ordered a plant called Montys Magic to commemorate our puppy that passed away suddenly. He was happy to order 2 other plants as there was a 3 plant minimum in order to get the one he wanted, Monty Magic. A month later I have just received our delivery to find that they have substituted the only plant we actually wanted (Montys Magic) for another variety. So now we have 3 plants we don't want. If we had known they were out of stock of Montys Magic we would have cancelled the order. Seems a bit sneaky to send out substitutes without checking, knowing people are unlikely to pay to return plants.
Brilliant pelargonium plants
Well grown plants in good packaging. Now starting to flower and are beautiful. It's lovely having some old favourites from years ago again along with some great new (to us) varieties.

Fibrex Nurseries has completely exceeded my expectations! I ordered five pelargoniums and was genuinely impressed with the quality and presentation of the plants on arrival. Each one was strong, healthy, and clearly grown with real care and expertise.
What stood out most was the beautiful variety – from bold colours to more unusual types, there’s something for every garden style. The plants have all taken really well and are already flowering after just a short time in their new pots.
Ordering was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and everything was so well-packaged that not a single leaf was damaged. It’s rare to find a nursery that consistently delivers both quality plants and great service.
This was my first order from Fibrex, but definitely not my last. If you’re passionate about pelargoniums, you won’t be disappointed!

This new version of Fibrex has much to learn and improve on. Made recent visit on an open day. Overall disappointing !!
Many plants not much more than rooted cuttings and very expensive for the size, the original Fibrex had so much better plants, both size and quality.
At the prices these new guys charge would expect far better quality plants.
Overall the quantity and selection/range of plants available was also a disappointment.

1/4 of unwanted substitutions
I paid for an order of pelargoniums on 7th of January (> £100 ). The delivery was made on the 24th of April with nearly 1/4 of plants substituted for plants not similar in colour. On the whole, the plants are quite small and only the future will tell how they will grow in my greenhouse. I am not happy about the lack of consultation regarding the substitution. After reading reviews (too late!) it seems that I am not the only one. The website should be clearly designed before moment of payment if the client accepts substitution or not and of course, if accepted, it has to be like for like. Please read return policy before buying! Postage will be at your expense! I have contacted sales who are asking me to send them back. I won't be doing so as I do not want to spend anymore time with Fibrex regarding this online purchase and having postage at my expense. In addition, one plant is marked as refunded but no trace of refund yet. I expect that this one was not substituted as its higher price was more difficult to match. For a business, substitution could be a way to manage stock but I feel that here it has also been a way to force a client to buy goods one does not wish for.

Ordered in December 24. Order was expected mid March but growing conditions resulted in mid April. Nearer end……four substitutes out of ten plants. I ordered because I wanted the plant but got nothing even similar. Obvious reading news that company has been sold….such a shame. I have sent four emails and no reply at all. One plant sent was wrong still. Leaves awful taste. I’m out of pocket. Second order arrived with one substitution out of only four plants. Emailed again. No response. I shall not recommend or deal with them. No customer service at all. Disgusted.

Very pleased
Ordered 17 different pelargoniums arrived yesterday. All excellent well rooted little guys which I'm confident will flourish. Order a little delayed due to weather but well worth the wait for well rooted plants. I always pot on and grow on in greenhouse to establish initially. Repeat customer over past couple of years. New website and online ordering system is excellent as are updates on order from Laura and the team there.
Plants missing. Substituted without warning

I placed an order at the beginning of the year for specific scented species that I needed. I've ordered them as an professional artist, who needs to do some botanical studies. I was very understanding when things were not sent out in March and understood why things waited until the end of the April. It's how it works when working with live plants.
What I didn't expect was for half of my order to be substituted (without warning). The plants that arrived came with a note that if I didn't want the substitutes, to send them back (which would be a death sentence as they would have never made it).
I understand the variables that come from working in this kind of industry. So an email to just say what was going on would have been better. Especially refunding the difference...Rather than giving me the responsibility (and postage costs I assume) of having to pack, post and arrange sending back unwanted plants which wouldn't make it. Then start the admin for a refund. It's all unnecessary and people are too busy to micromanage situations like this.
I'm wary now of coming back to place another order, which is a shame as there are varieties I really need to source. I hope the organisation is just having a bumpy settling in period and things improve customer service wise.

Update 27th April:
I've had time to go back to my original order email confirmation and check. In February I ordered 7 plants, only received 5. Not 7.
But I paid for 7, received 3 plants I originally wanted. 2 are substitutes.

Received my plants yesterday, they arrived well packaged, healthy, really good instructions, kept me informed of the delivery, all in all very happy. I have now ordered som more.

First class company to deal with
First class company to deal with. The plants are always carefully prepared and packaged, very healthy and never sent out before they are ready. Communication is excellent and personal. Not a chatbot in sight. I’ve ordered from them a few times now and each experience is equally positive.

Six Pelargonium plants arrived this morning. Ordered last October but a substitute sent for one of the plants.
Small plants with roots not filling the biodegradable pots.
Disappointing compared to the many Pelargoniums I’ve received from Fibrex in the past.

They specialise in pelargoniums, have amazing selection of numerous varieties and their plants are beautiful and of excellent quality. In my experience, customer service is kind and knowledgeable. Excellent plants
I have bought several varieties of scented pelargonium from Fibrex. Plants have been well packed and very healthy. My favourite Copthorne provides a fabulous annual display - profuse and long flowering period. It really does get better each year.
