I have bought several varieties of scented pelargonium from Fibrex. Plants have been well packed and very healthy. My favourite Copthorne provides a fabulous annual display - profuse and long flowering period. It really does get better each year.

I have been a loyal customer of Fibrex Nurseries for many years, consistently receiving well-developed plants around 15 cm in height with robust foliage. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. The plants I received were unexpectedly small, merely rooted plugs, which was not what I anticipated based on my previous orders.
Additionally, there was significant confusion regarding the dispatch of my order. I was informed that the parcel had been sent the previous week and that the plants might arrive in poor condition. I was asked to provide photos and was told that a claim would be filed with the courier. This led me to contact the logistics company myself, only to learn that they had not received any plants from Fibrex for delivery. This situation was both confusing and frustrating.
I reached out to express my concerns and requested a refund to reflect the inconvenience and the disparity in plant size compared to my previous orders. However, I received a response stating that only a 20% refund would be offered and suggesting that if I had further complaints or requests, I should consider seeking products elsewhere.
I am deeply disappointed by this response. As a long-standing customer, I expected better communication and a resolution that acknowledges my loyalty and the issues I faced with this order. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I feel compelled to take my business elsewhere in the future.

My pelargoniums have arrived. All very eco-friendly packaged. Small plants but they look healthy. Instructions for care included but nothing about what to do initially. Also March can still be frosty and without a greenhouse there’s a chance they could get nipped. Would have preferred a later delivery. 🤞🤞🤞all will be fine.

Bought 4 plants in November '23 including 2x Fulgidum (with bright scarlet flowers). The ok plants arrived as promised in early March. In early June the first Fulgidum started flowering with pink blooms. There did seem some concern from Fibrex at this stage and I sent photos and agreed to wait until both plants were in bloom.
The second plant flowered correctly, the first continuing pink. Photos sent, and several emails too but no response. Would have thought a replacement plant could have been sent. I don't like rubbishing small business and I do understand the particular problems a plant nursery could have but Fibrex's customer service is very wanting.
My pelargoniums arrived well packaged.
They are beautiful thriving plants well rooted, strong and the picture of health .
Customer service and ordering process was excellent.
Thank you for sending some tips on how to care for them. I will definitely be back next year.

They have the most amazing Pelargoniums that I've never seen anywhere before, (apparently you can't buy them in garden centres, only online)

They even have a scented one that smells of chocolate! well thats a win win in my book.
Bad experience, I placed an order at 8/05 which was paid for and confirmed for delivery the week after 27/05, on 5/06 I received the following email,
,,I am ever so sorry but we are unable to send the Pelargoniums you have ordered due to stock shortages. With all the wet weather so far this season it has impacted some of our Pelargonium stock levels. I can either substitute these for something similar or refund your order.
Please do let me know how you wish to proceed.’’
of course I immediately reacted that this is not correct and I will leave a review for their company and they immediately canceled my order, interesting I wonder how many customers collect orders in advance and then do not fulfill them....extremely unprofessional and incorrect attitude.
Apparently maybe this is normal practice for new owners, so far I've made several orders from the old ones and never had a problem.

Hugely impressed
The order, placed well in advance, was missing one plant when it arrived - I was forewarned and got refund, but not for the postage involved. They had not offered any alternative plant to send, as I would have wanted. The plants I got were tiny and weak. One died within two weeks. I asked for a refund or replacement - no reply. Now another one has died, and another is on its way out. Just two out of seven plants ordered for £50 are so far OK, and even these are still very small. Fibrex send out tiny, unviable plants, just stems that have scarcely rooted, and don't seem to want to offer any service. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

We’ve not long received our plants from Fibrex, they came beautifully packaged and look very healthy. Really pleased with the service, very much looking forward to planting them in the garden now the frost has subsided. Thank you, once again for wonderful flowers!

I was very pleased with my pelargoniums purchased a week ago, they are very healthy and all the buds are coming out. I will going back for some more soon to give as presents to friends as they are stunning and unusual plants. Well done Fibrex!
My wife ordered 9 pelargoniums from Fibrex on the 1st of February. They arrived 10th April, 2 weeks later than expected. Half of them were very small. One had no roots and soon died. Another had leaf curl indicating a virus. The rest were leggy and weak. Some of the pots were green with algae. We are very disappointed and will not be ordering from Fibrex again.
Very poor experience which shocked me as I'd expected amazing plants. Instead the Pelargoniums arrived very small, hardly any roots, yellowing leaves which despite following the planting advice soon fell off. Some had red spider mite and even found a small whooly aphid on the stem of one! I've managed to get two to recover but For £8.50 per plant excluding delivery this is unacceptable. I believe the business is closing down but even so they shouldn't be supplying plants like this. I wouldn't use again even if they were continuing in business. VERY disappointed customer.
I received my order from Fibrex nurseries this week, and I am delighted with it. Originally, I was told to expect delivery at the end of March, but toward the end of March, someone contacted me and told me that due to the bad weather, plants were not ready (totally understandable - my reason for ordering was because I'd lost so many of my own pelargoniums over the winter) I was given the option of having a refund, being sent substitute varieties or waiting until mid May for the varieties I'd ordered. I chose to wait, and the plants arrived two days ago, looking beautifully healthy, well rooted and so carefully packed that they had not suffered any disturbance from the journey. Each plant was clearly labelled, and I loved that they were packed in cardboard, newspaper and compostable plastic so that everything could be recycled. I will definitely order from them again, and I hope the new owner carries on with the same high standards when he takes over next year.

My first experience dealing with Fibrex has proven to be a good one so far.
I've bought four pelagoniums, all of which arrived in good order, they seem healthy and are already clearly responding to being planted out.
They arrived wrapped in paper: 'thank you' for using less plastic! Besides which, paper is better at cushion the plants and at retain moisture.
