I recently bought an Umrah package with Almuslim Travel, and I am incredibly pleased with the exceptional service provided by Sameer. From the moment I inquired about the package, Sameer was extremely professional.

Sameer took the time to explain the package in every detail, and was patient with my questions.

I would highly recommend Almuslim Travel, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Sameer.

This was my first time booking with Al Muslimah Travel. Our travel agent Sameer was great, he was very helpful and kind. He answered all our questions and went beyond his way to ensure we got a great package during the Ramadan season that also fits our budget in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional outfit who, unfortunately, over-promise and under-deliver.

COMMUNICATION/LACK OF UNDERSTANDING:
Same theme as previous reviewers here, who note that the agents lack experience and are very difficult to communicate with; you can try and speak urdu or punjabi with they fail to understand customers expectations.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:
This place is run by the sister-company, Times Travel, who are based in the UK. However this particular outfit is actually run virtually by agents stationed in Pakistan. They operate by WhatsApp only and I believe any 'UK-based' telephone number on their website is a virtual phone number which re-directs you to Pakistan. However, this wasn't my issue; I'm ok with them being stationed in Timbuktu providing they accommodate customers expectations, don't lie about prices and inflate prices because they now know what you really want.

OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS:
In the end, I ended up completing my umrah a few months ago and decided to pay for it elsewhere where I wasn't being overcharged ridiculous amounts. Example: their 'visa' costs £60pp. However, Saudi Arabia allow UK citizens to purchase a 'visa waiver' for £30pp. So they doubled up on the price of a visa alone, let alone everything else we asked for. If they see you as vulnerable or don't like the look of you (or you arent one of their employee's brother, sister or mother in-law), they will overcharge you with every little thing you want.

FLIGHTS:
They will tell you your flight is booked, confirmed and that your seating is 100% confirmed (since you've paid extra for this, right? Wrong). Your seats are not confirmed - they'll book you on the lowest tier Economy seating (because there are numerous tiers within economy also) which means they are subject to changes. As such, you'll also be susceptible to unscheduled flight changes (because they've placed on you the lowest tier possible, whilst still paying premium for their flights). If you ask for the agents in-charge to fix the flight times/dates because of the prescheduled flight change, they'll take months to begin to look into it. By that time, they've requested another £250 as the seats on 'another flight' is now unavailable. This means you'll be stuck with interconnecting flights which are over 7hours in-transit. I didn't pay peanuts, so why did I get shortchanged? I paid almost £5,000, so I expect a reasonable series of flights with minimal (or at least, reasonable) transit times. 7-9hours is taking the biscuit.

They'll probably take 2 hours to write a semi-professional response with ChatGPT but the facts remain, if you value your time, mental welfare and monetary, you will NOT go with AlMuslim Travel (or Times Travel, as they're called by the agents).

Very helpful and supportive alot of options to suit ur desired needs and expenditures, including paying in instalments.

Had chance to speak with these people .specially the man called Sameer I found him proper professional the way he guided only professional and well educated people do that .they so friendly and chatty and main thing very helpful they really helpful people these people are highly recommended recommend for holy journey to Saudi Arabia.
