They are honest people and helpful especially brother daniyal, I was doing installation payment but I had to call in for refund to sort out some personal things and it was done though they sent an email before then that some of the expenses incured are irrefundable and I told them to go ahead with the refund process and i eventually get paid.

I hope to have my hajj fulfilled soon with them inshaAllah 🙏

This company are thieves. They over promised and under delivered. They took £1000 deposit from me and then when they couldn’t deliver what they initially sold, I asked for a refund. They only told me that the package hotel that was agreed got “cancelled” because I asked for confirmation of the booking. Only then did they say, “this is no longer available”. They then said if I wanted to go with the hotel they initially offered, I would now need to pay them a further £2.5K, on top of the original price. I was told they can’t refund me.
After many months of trying, they refunded me £800, reluctantly, feeding me a story of how this was a sign of goodwill - not sure how that makes sense when that is my money ?
They are still refusing to pay the remaining £200. Long story short, I would recommend you stay away from AlMuslim travel as they will “sell” you something, take your money, and then tell you that they can’t actually provide you with what they have sold .

Qasim Shahbaz was very professional throughout my inquiry about booking an Umrah journey and throughout the booking giving often exceeding my expectations. He always took our needs into consideration, such as our need for a hotel within walking distance of the holy mosques in Makkah and Madinah, since we only had to walk for around 8 mins. The hotels were very pleasing and hospitable and we enjoyed staying in them. We also really enjoyed the Ziarats of Makkah and Madinah as the drivers were very respectful and knowledgeable. They would drop us of at mosques such as Qiblatain and Quba and advise us to read Nafal Salat’s so that we gain the maximum blessings. It was such an amazing experience that my heart feels so blessed to have made the journey. Thank you so much for everything Brother Qasim.

Booking through AlMuslim travel was an amazing experience. Our experience was amazing, booking was hassle free and brother Qasim listened to everything we wanted. Customer service was outstanding, keeping us updated constantly as well as other family members who have also booked through him. The experience was outstanding and I would definitely recommend Almuslim travel to anyone going for Umrah and inshallah next time we go for Umrah we will be booking through brother Qasim again.

Subhanallah I am absolutely amazed at your response and your clarification, to start with you have offered me Zower hotel at Makkah and mathaar at madinah. Then once I paid you have send me the confirmation with a complete different package to what I have been promised. I then had expressed my concerns before I left regarding the hotel in medina and Makkah and then been told it’s been paid and confirmed and there is nothing can be done, I had asked if the hotel in madinah can be changed due to an important meeting and need a good WiFi I had asked for this to be changed to Saja al Madinah I suggested this hotel as I stayed in previously as the one you gave me had 1 star rating on trip advisor and poor service, not 3 stars as been promised, I was told that this was not possible and I was unable to be refunded for the original hotel and would have to book saja al madinah I asked you guys to book and you said it was £285 I advised you it was £200 on booking.com and I was advised that the difference was because of assurance if anything went wrong with the hotel you had a relationship with the hotel and could sort it out so however when I raised I couldn’t check in at the Makkah hotel and contacted you nothing was done at all I fully know why you was charging the £285 as this was the room price with a refund so you could cover your own back. So I decided to book with booking.com for £85 less at no point did sania or murtaza say I would just need to pay the difference another lie on your part as when I asked what the hotel cost was in madinah they advised they don’t have the breakdown as it’s a package deal so how can you say you asked me to pay the difference when you couldn’t even tell me the madinah hotel cost, if this was the case I would have done it. Furthermore they have asked me to pay for cancellation fees as well and pay for a different hotel. You have said to leave it to your potential customers to make the decision, had you felt my original review was unfair please explain the content WhatsApp calls and messages to both me and my husband even though I had expressed my husband would deal with this I got 7 WhatsApp messages and calls after I said this, had you felt your service was fair, please explain the reason for the constant contact, and telling me a persons job is on the line trying to make me feel bad, offering me £50 In compensation it’s unfortunate that Trustpilot does not allow attachments as I have all the WhatsApp messages supporting that which you did not provide as well as I have taken images to the hotel you have provided me with with was 5 beds and my voucher it state double bed and I questioned this I have been told by the receptionist this tower is minim 3 beds there is no double or even twin beds and if I want to change my room I would need to contact my agent and on many occasions when I have contacted Sania the response I had from her was Sister, your hotel has already been confirmed, and changes are no longer possible at this stage. At no point I got any help from them. I also had to chase them for the vouchers and they would not send them to me until a few days and madinah voucher it says on it mathaar or similar . I wish if I was able to show you the vouchers , the messages to proof this. I stand by what I have said to Sania i will not forgive you and may Allah swt deal with you accordingly for what you’ve made me experience. With regards the hotel and the distance if you’ve been recently there are so many road works and diversions so please do not go by google maps and reality is so much different its a 20 minute distance and Allah is my witness the shuttle bus took a very short distance and then I had to walk to get to the haram. The fact that you have made it out like I have lied about my experience with your company shows more about your character than mine, charging someone nearly £1000 for a trip and then putting them in cheap below standard hotels is totally unacceptable, unfortunately for you your Makkah hotel is available on booking.com and the Price per night is clearly shown, you obviously do this to maximise your own profit and I fully understand all businesses need to make money but doing this at the expense of others going on umrah is not acceptable, you ruined my whole trip with lies about the hotel and when I did raise concerns all of which I have proof of the only response was sorry sister changes cannot be made and furthermore upon my original review you have harassed me and caused me even more stress when I asked not to be contacted by you. You have zero morals all I will say wether people
