Best consultant specially miss Sania best customer service

Don't waste your money here. Terrible Umrah experience. Saja Al Madinah hotel which they offer has smelly rooms, just about luke warm water and no wifi. This hotel business is clearly haram when they fail to deliver what they advertise. When you pay for breakfast, the hotel says not included please contact your agent. Imagine having to contact your agent in the UK from Madinah, why my hotel is saying breakfast not included. When you do contact them, no response. Why would they, they've taken your money already. Have been to Hajj/Umrah three times and this is one of those nightmare experiences. Even when you ask the agent to give you hotel reference confirmations they will wait until the very last day or even on the day of your travel to give it to you. They should fear Allaah for the crappy service they run. Its simply robbing people of ones money while providing next to nothing of a service and most certainly not a pleasant one. The agent almuslim travel and this Saja Al Madinah hotel should be avoided. Many lies and too much nonsense. They are the kind who give Muslims a bad name.

He was helping us selecting best accommodations for our need, assessing different options between Makkah and Madinah durations and maintaining open communications during umrah time.

Highly recommend I booked through sister Maryam they double check you booked in hotel and provide you with competitive prices. I booked hotel, flights, and transport for transfer through them. Will be using again in sha Allah if I get the opportunity and recommending to friends and family. Honestly great service can't complain. Sister Maryam helped me alot messaged me through out with updates.

It was good to book umrah package from Al muslim travel. Brother atiq helped me find a right package which suits me. Problem I had was the hotel both hotels and Makkah and madina was not good at all didn’t like it the hotel in Makkah was way to far when I got told was it’s 26 min walk and 5 mins in shuttle bus which was not true because the hotel was like 3 km far from haram
