Qasim Shahbaz was very helpful and pleasant all through the Umrah process

I recently embarked on an Ummrah journey facilitated by Muhammad Jamshaid and his supervisor Muhammad Saad a travel agent from Almuslim Travel. From the outset, his commitment to ensuring a seamless and fulfilling experience was evident.

Mr. Jamshaid exhibited exceptional patience and diligence in tailoring the perfect package for my pilgrimage. He dedicated ample time to understand my needs and preferences, never once rushing me through the decision-making process. His willingness to accommodate changes to the package until I was completely satisfied was truly commendable.

During our time in Saudi Arabia, every transfer was punctual, contributing to a stress-free journey. As three women and a child traveling alone, having reliable and timely transfers was crucial, and Mr. Jamshaid ensured this aspect was flawlessly executed.

The presence of an Ummrah guide provided by Mr. Jamshaid was invaluable. Their guidance and support were indispensable, offering reassurance and assistance throughout our pilgrimage.

Furthermore, the site-seeing tours in Mecca and Medinah were meticulously planned, enhancing our understanding and appreciation of the sacred landmarks. The inclusion of English-speaking tour guides added an enriching layer to our experience, ensuring we could fully comprehend the significance of each site visited.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Muhammad Jamshaid and his company for anyone considering booking their Ummrah pilgrimage. His dedication to customer satisfaction, meticulous planning, and attention to detail make him an invaluable asset in facilitating a memorable and spiritually fulfilling journey. If you're planning an Ummrah trip, look no further than Muhammad Jamshaid for an exceptional experience.

Very bad company, they just know how to lie , they are not organised at all , they don’t help with nothing, I will never book nothing with the company , my dad was very luck he meet one sister there that was very helpful , helped my dad with money , food and always guide him , the hotels are very cheap , the staff from the company are very rude and they don’t care about.

I am happy I signed up with this organisation for my Umrah and one member of the team (Qasim Shahbaz) stood our with exemplary customer service.
