Customer Support = Non-existent
When you need to speak to someone, they're nonexistent.
No one answers their phone. No one works on the chat lines. No one calls back when asked and emails take days for responses.
I have needed to speak to this company 3 separate times, and on all 3 separate occasions I get the same result: no communication or response.
They wanted a 6 month catch up and the only appointments they had were 3 weeks from the current date, so now due to the way it's lined up there is no way to get a prescription until after I have seen them.
Guess what...their Ai chat bot works though.....

Friendly and informative
Had my initial consultation with Uma today and she was fantastic! She calmed any nerves I had almost instantly with her kind and professional approach. Just awaiting my doctor consultation and hopefully 🙏 I'll be starting my prescription soon.

Only been with them for 2/3 weeks
The only issue iv had is the flower i got for my symptoms, was very old and muted not much smell Or taste i dont think iv ever seen flower so bad , and they need do a better quailty check with farms they use and dont keep it in storage for months on ends
Its upsetting departing with your hard earned money for poor medicine
Hopefully this gets fixed soon along with the stock issues
