Really bad experience mess you about ,blame everyone else I have meds gor a condition then run out cause they camt deliver after paying delivery so without for 2 days had to bortow cash be put in debt to buy of black market terrible stay away any who needs

I am meant to be transferring to Alternaleaf from one of their competitors, however Alternaleaf has now spread this transfers over multiple weeks, forcing me to not be on my meds i need to eat and control my debilitating pain for nearly a working week. When I told last week I would know within 3 working days if I could order my medication, I had to chase them after not hearing from them since last Friday. And when I finally got the Ai to transfer me to someone who could help, they told me they couldn't promise it would be in the timetable Alternaleaf provided, and it might be 2 working days until I heard anything, as customer service could only escalate and point out it was longer than promised.
On finally someone replying saying I was approved. they informed me they hadn't asked for all the paperwork required and I needed to send it to them, before I could order my meds. I provided that info 30 minutes after the email was sent.
Again I have already been told I have been approved at this point and have seen a doctor, following all the necessary steps. Then I get a seemingly Ai reply which told me they would contact me about my next appointment?! So I am now confused if I might have to wait another week for anything to happen as I am getting completely different information from different people at the company. I called also (quarter of an hour before they closed, the moment I got their response) and I was left on hold for 30 minutes instead with no reply. Awful first experience

Quickest overall care and support you will receive, I applied to all and these were the first, with a short wait compared to months through others. Professional every step of the way.

Amended the 1* felt was a bit harsh.

Up until I needed a service review it was all going well, 5 Star to date. However in September - October this year, my prescription didn't appear as usual. After leaving voice messages, chat bot messages and another phone call the next day, only to be advised that I needed a review. A review was booked for the 14th October i.e yesterday, and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. That's nearly 3three weeks with no medication, I received no notification that I needed to book a review before I can access the meds, it took 48 hours to be told this and 72 hours to get a generic email from your chat bot access. Yes this was during office hours, and 7 days to have the service review.

What your mission statement proclaims is far from the after care you promised or provide. Looking at the reviews this gap in medication seems to be a thread that keeps repeating. With any medicine, especially for pain and or mental disorders, gaps in meditation is the last thing a patient needs. Either you require more staff or your a victim of your own success with rapid expansion beyond your current staff levels. What ever it is, sort it out before there is a mass exodus and business goes else where.

I missed an annual appointment which I had made 5 days earlier.
The soonest rebook time was 11 days and lands on a Friday so essentially it's a 2 week delay!!!!!!
2 weeks with no meds.
I wouldn't use it if I did not need it, I am on no other meds so I just can't get up and about until this is sorted.
I asked for a bridging prescription which was not accepted.
Also I had asked for a call back dayysss earlier, just after I missed the appointment..
It rung twice, for like 5 seconds, they had no real intention of calling and talking to me
They did the same today, it rang twice and I had to request another call back.
Disappointing.

Messed about appointment confirmed then immediately cancelled. Waited on phone for 90 minutes. Received callback which they immediately cut off.
Eventually offered another appointment for a month and a halfs time. Bet it won't happen!

Quick and efficient, the product is well produced. Can feel the difference

This company is a complete fraud. All I do is ask more questions and ask for more money without anything in return. Stay away

The lady i spoke to was lovely, non judgmental and was very knowledgeable

What made things great was u were listened to and all was explained and having the prescription in the box helped as it so easy to forget

Great service and product

I tried my prescription yesterday.it worked brilliant.I managed to get so much pruning done. I didn’t need pain killers. Couldn’t feel any pain.my bedtime prescription worked too.I slept through the night.no more cluster headaches waking me up at 3am. Thank you Alternaleaf.
