Do not order from here. They have been lying about a refund for 7 months, saying the system is down, and now have just stopped responding.

Ordered in 17th December - still no product and no refund. We are taking necessary steps legally to get our money back

SCAM, Ordered in November and no refund or boxes let alone a reply. Stay away.

I ordered this on January 2nd. After 3 weeks, I still hadn’t received it and sent an email on January 24th. I received a response on February 9th from the company saying they would look into it and provide tracking shortly. It’s now March 5th and I still have not received an update. Things happen with shipping, but the initial delayed response and lack of timely follow up on a missing item is really discouraging.

SCAM! If you don’t receive goods, raise a chargeback and they will either deliver your item (potentially months after ordering) or you’ll win the charge back due to goods and/or services not being received.

Do not recommend. Terrible experience. Ordered a jewellery box November 2025 and have still not received anything as of March 2026. Multiple delays in communication and unwillingness to provide any tracking information. Have requested a refund but yet to receive it.

I ordered the Obanai x Mitsuri ring. I received it 6 days later, which was great. The rings was packaged in plastic bags with bubble wrap and the box in a separate packaging. When I opened the ring, they don't look like what's on the website. Mitsuri's ring was more like Sakura ring, I would think it was just a mix up, but it also spins, so it's a fidget ring? The colour was wrong (light pink), the look was wrong (5 petals and not the 4 like her sword), and it was childish. I double checked the website and it doesn't say it would be a spinner, it also says that it will be packaged nicely. But no, it looked like packaging you would get off Temu or something. So even though the rings were £30, they still are not worth it. I've asked for a refund.

I wish i could give them zero. Worst scam of all time. I had the same experience as everyone else. Placed my order on December 11th. Waited weeks with no shipping details. Emailed customer service to wait weeks for updates on my order. I finally gave up and requested a refund, but they kept promising that it would take more time to process. It.s February 26th and I am now disputing the charge with American Express. This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Just to add to the cascade of 1 star reviews. Similar to others, waiting on an order since November 2025. The worst part is the lack of communication/updates.

Appalling experience. Placed an order 3 January. I was notified of shipping issues on 20/01 and was offered a refund which I opted for that day. Over one month later. and I have still not received the refund and they are not replying to my messages. Don’t touch.

Please don’t order frem them! This is a scam. I have been waiting for my order for over 4 months!! They keep saying «it is on the way», but I never receive any shipping details or a delivery date. They have also offered a discount twice, which got canceled on their end each time. Please stay clear of this website!

SCAM! Ordered a jewelry box November 2025, still not received the item even after multiple emails to the company and it's now February 2026, and they continue to sell the item on their website listed as in stock. They continually state "it will ship soon". Poor communication, if they even reply they take weeks to reply. Requested a refund of my order, have heard nothing back from them. Ended up reporting a problem to PayPal to get my money refunded.

I ordered a jewellery box in early Dec as a Christmas present. It never arrived and nor has my promised refund. There is no way to contact this company except by email and they rarely respond. On Feb 2nd they finally cancelled my order and promised a refund. It still hasn’t arrived after the maximum 12 business days stated. Any possible reviews are deeply suspicious as I see from social media and Trust Pilot reviews that I far from alone in being in this position. I can only assume this company is in financial difficulty and unable to honour refunds. Do not order from them unless you wish to be in the same position as the rest of us unhappy customers. They owe me £133.20. Oh and they offered me a second free jewellery box by way of compensation for the inconvenience. Needless to say that didn’t arrive either!

After 3 months I did not received my order.

The worst experience of my life

Mostly the same case as the others here.

Ordered a couple’s ring set from Demon Slayer.
After my shipment status was stuck on “on it’s way” for a week i started getting suspicious. I contacted their customer support trying to get a scope of the situation. Sure enough, they respond telling me that the order has been shipped and already arrived to my country but that the customs tend to keep it for some time. That sounded like an okay reason for the lack of updates. I thought they just had it internally which admittedly, in and of itself was weird but still not weird enough for me to raise suspicion. Two weeks go by, to present day and no package still, i politely asked them to provide me with a tracking number so i can see the status myself - no response. I waited for 5 more additional days and then requested a full refund. I have been ghosted after the initial message telling me it’s in my country.
TL;DR - it’s a scam. Avoid at any and all costs!

Scam. Will not receive product or refund

Scam, avoid. Purchased off Instagram advertisement in Nov 2025. Item never arrived. Stated I would receive a refund. Never received refund either.

I ordered a jewellery box on 12th December as a Christmas present. As it hadn’t arrived by 29th December, the order was cancelled and this bunch of charlatans advised that I would get a refund. Some two months after the initial order, no refund - they promise it will be ‘in my account’ in a few days, when it doesn’t arrive, they say it will be another week. This is a scam - I avoid these fraudsters.

I had a very disappointing experience with **Amai Bonds**.

I ordered the Obanai x Mitsuri rings for around €30. When the first ring arrived, the packaging was completely damaged, and the ring itself looked nothing like the product photos. It was advertised as adjustable (it wasn’t), the color was completely different, and it didn’t even have the same number of petals as shown online.

I contacted customer support, who initially seemed understanding and offered a replacement (the Mitsuri ring). Unfortunately, the replacement had the exact same issues:
– The color was nowhere near as pink as advertised
– The design details didn’t match the photos
– Again, the number of petals was different

While this ring was at least adjustable, it still did not match what was advertised.

When I asked for a refund after receiving two incorrect products, they refused and claimed the differences were due to “lighting” and “production variations.” At this point, it felt like gaslighting, especially since the differences are clearly visible and not minor at all.

Sending a replacement does not fix the issue when both items do not resemble the advertised product. The store now refuses a refund and has “closed the case.”

Overall, the quality does not match the price, the product images are misleading, and customer service stops being helpful the moment you ask for accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this store, especially if you care about accuracy or quality.
