This company is a scam. My Partner ordered me a jewellery box, nothing arrived, they don't respond to emails, there is no phone number. They are a German based company but registered on Companies House in London, which I think is a fake address. Who is this Taona Mupandui the Company Secretary. We have asked the bank to get our money back and I have reported them to the UK International Consumer Centre, if more people do the same maybe we can get this person closed down.

I waited two months for this item, they told be at first it’s takes a week, then every week after that they told me another week via email when I asked. I finally requested a refund after 2 months, no response. Had to dispute the charge. Amazing stuff, really.

No delivery, no refund for 3 months now. Absolutely untrustworthy. I had to contact my bank to try to cancel my payment but there is no guarantee. They might have walked away with my money without delivering...

Never delivered. Never responded to emails. Clearly a scam website.

No show, no reply, no reimbursement.

Scam - order no show!

This company doesn't reply on emails!!!

I have placed a order from over two weeks ago. And there is no order updates.

I have send them over 4 mails. Just asking for shipping updates. And 4 days after they ask if my shipping address is correct.

Then I send a new email where I'm asking if they have send the order. It takes 4 days for them to reply on 3 questions. "We had an unexpected shipment issue with our shipping partner during the Christmas/New Year period". Is they answer.

Now my Time limit is two days. It's a present for my niece. And they haven't answered if it will be in Denmark before Saturday.

Seams to me that they don't care about costumers.

I don't have money now for a new present. Because its the end off the month.

You can't count on when the product will be delivered.

Do not go near this Company. I have been waiting for a jewellery box that I ordered on 2th December 2025 5 or 6 weeks. They said it was due to a unexpected shipment issues. Takes up to one week to respond, it is unbelievable, poor communication. I am waiting for my money now, lets see how long that will take.

Ordered 2 boxes on Dec 5th 2025, communication is extremely limited and poor, no information provided on when to expect delivery. Previous commitments have not been met.

They’ve either had way more demand than they can cope with and they can’t fulfill all orders. In which case, they should have limited the orders to meet what they can supply. Alternatively, it’s just a scam.

Wish I’d read all the reviews before my purchase. I would like a full refund.

Stay away from this company. Don’t be tempted. Find someone else.

J’ai commandé une boîte à bijoux pour le Noel 2025.. jamais reçu et par contre mon compte a été débité du montant.. aucune suite donnée de leur part suite à une dizaine de de mes mails!!!

I ordered a jewelry box and necklace (1.409 DKK) on November 17 as a Christmas gift. It never arrived.

The customer service rep "Olivia" repeatedly lied to me:
- Dec 3: "Unexpected delay, we'll update you Dec 10"
- Dec 10: "Your order is processed for shipment today. - Rest assured, it will be delivered by Dec 18"
- Jan 8: "Your package was not picked up as scheduled" (so it was never actually shipped)
- Jan 13: "Your order is cancelled. Refund in 3-12 business days"

It's now January 23...still no refund. I've had to file a dispute with my bank.

PS: it was my fault for not checking their reviews first (as it was an impulse buy) - but even their most recent 5* reviews are clearly paid reviews and written by AI. 😒

Avoid this company.

I ordered the jewellery box on December 3, 2025, expecting it before Christmas based on the promised one-week delivery. By January 20, having received neither the box nor any shipping updates, I requested and was granted a refund. A strong marketing strategy cannot compensate for a flawed supply chain, and I will not be reordering.

Do not buy from this company! They never sent the order and still have not refunded my month this on going for two months!

Any delivery timeframes are completely made up and you need to chase multiple times to understand where your item is - they keep making different excuses and lie constantly.
They have completely stopped responding to me now after an ‘error’ on their end and mixing up my order when they had already told me it was processed and out for delivery and now it’s out of stock and haven’t heard anything for weeks.
SCAM

Didn't deliver product. Lacking communication. Had to engage my bank to get a refund. Stay away from this one.

Ordered a jewellery in early to mid November fo Christmas, order was a no show. Communication has been poor and whilst they said they were refunding me it's now been more than 10 business days and no word. This company are most likely either a scam or just completely incompetent.
