Love this brand! I got the jewellery box and bracelets, they’re exactly like in the pictures, beautiful and delicate, I wear them every day now ☺️ soo happy.

The box is very pretty. In today’s world I was worried about ordering from an unknown company and when it took a couple of weeks to arrive. But they responded quickly to my emails and when the box came I was not disappointed. Will likely buy another.

I Cancelled my order, so my review is bolt about my experience with the customerservice…. You get no information and they keep advertising getting new Stock but YOUR ORDER, ah no dear they can’t send that yet…

Awful experience with amaiamara! I bought a jewelry-box for my wife. It was delayed for 3 weeks without any notice, so it did not arrive in time for my anniversary even though I was told by customer service that it would arrive in time. When the product arrived, it was in such bad quality that we had to return it. I returned the product and the complimentary gift (for the first delay) over a month ago and I have now sent my third email to customer support asking for my refund! No answer from them for several weeks now and still no refund. Will not recommend to anybody! Stay away.

We ordered a Sophie Box in mid of may. On the website they state, that orders can take up to 48 h to be shipped. What a joke! After over a week we contacted the support because they did not ship the item yet. They took few days to respond! Then they told us, that they are going to ship it the next day but did not! The Item arrived in end of June. The jewerly box was not as described. It did not close properly and was in general of very poor quality. Not at all what we expexted after paying 170€ for it. So I contated the support team again to send it back. On the website they state, that you can easily send the Item back! They told me, that they will refund me, and I will not have to send the Item back. That was now over a month ago! I contacted them tree times since, to ask when my refund is going to be prosssed, no answer yet. This webstore is the moste horrible experience I had in a while!!!

Update: The did refund me after I posted this.

Lets see if i get a response from Amai Amara this way. Ordered 2 weeks ago and the 3-6 day delivery has surpassed. The support is terrible as they take days to answer and then no explanation so far. USPS (surprised they use the post office for such expensive items), just states still waiting for item. I would definitely avoid this company and, unless I get a response soon, I will be reporting them to the authorities!

Encomendei uma caixa de jóias Sofia no dia 7 de Maio de 2025. Passaram mais de duas semanas e a encomenda nunca chegou. Enviei vários emails aos quais a empresa nunca respondeu. NÃO RECOMENDO. Comporta-se como uma empresa fraudulenta.

I ordered a jewelry box end of January, with the deal of getting two pieces of jewelry for free with this jewelry box. The box itself arrived quite quickly, but I am still waiting to receive the two pieces of jewelry. I have written to customer service and did not receive any reply. The order status has been stuck on "preparing for shipment" for a long time. I am sure there is a logical explanation, but the lack of communication on this is off-putting. I would not order something again.

Ordered a jewellery box which has not arrived similar to other reviews. I don't know how this company are scoring higher or who all these fake ppl are that are writing about their lovely jewellery boxes.

Unfortunately a postal delay meant I was unable to give a beautiful necklace as a gift and had to return it. Emma, from Customer Service was an excellent ambassador for the company, friendly; listened; advised: was professional and quickly resolved the issue of a return of the item and refunded the payment in full. Happy to purchase from this company again.

My 2 boxes arrived and are beautiful. Communication and shipping information was slow or did not occur but I am very happy that my boxes arrived and are nicely made and as described.

Just received this amazing box! It was a wonderful surprise to find out that it is bigger than I initially anticipated, but it is even better! Beautiful, stylish, excellent quality, the drawer comes out very smoothly.

Ordered two Sofia jewellery boxes at a significant price point. These are meant to take 3-6 working days to be delivered. It has already been longer than that but I’ve had NO shipment notification and therefore no courier information: I have also easily sent at least a half dozen emails to this company asking for confirmation to the same and estimated date of delivery. I’ve repeatedly asked for an urgent accurate response. To date I have had NO acknowledgement or response WHATSOEVER. These are nothing but scammers!!! AVOID at all costs!!! I intend to independently report them for fraud and theft!!!! It is disgusting to treat people in this despicable manner!!!

Ordered two products, in MAY.
Followed up on email in JULY and was assured this would be fixed and ordered fulfilled.
Emailed again in AUGUST and no reply.
Emailed again in September and no reply.

It is fraudulent to take orders and not fulfill them, and to not reply to you customer when they are giving you a chance to fix it.

Not a trustworthy business, they will take your money and go missing. AVOID.
