Ordered on 6th December as a Christmas gift - never received anything. Contacted them and was told refund would be processed - nothing happened. Contacted again only to be told they are not reviewing the refund. Still no refund - as of January 16th still no feedback regarding: my refund. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

SCAM – I ordered a jewelry box from this site on 01/12/25 as a Christmas gift and never received the package. Despite several exchanges with the so-called customer service, I got no reliable or serious information. This is a scam, avoid at all costs!

Ordered a jewellery box which never arrived. Customer Service responded initially asking me if I want a refund or reshipment but then stopped responding when I answered.

I ordered on November 6th and after a few weeks, I wrote to customer service and they assured me that I would receive the jewelry box before Christmas. Now we are past 2 months after my order and I still haven’t receive it yet… they refund me 10% since, but no news of shipping yet… will I receive it before Valentine’s Day? I don’t know at this point… very disappointed.

I wish I read reviews of amaiamara.com before following a link my sister sent regarding a jewelry box she wanted for Christmas. Needless to say, my item never shipped after a month, even though the company charged my credit card immediately. When I contacted customer service via email, they even guaranteed twice I would receive my order before Christmas. The "Track Package" link that was sent after the order was placed never showed any progress nor was there a way to get updates. I assumed that I would get my item in the stated 3-5 days, since there was never any communication regarding backorders.

I ordered a jewelry box on the 22nd November, it’s now 11th January, still no box, no delivery date, tracking number, nothing. Send email after email, with very little in return. On the 5th December, they guaranteed a pre Xmas delivery, at the start of January, offered me another box, free, but still nothing.

Ordered jewellery box for an Xmas present on 21st November said 6 day delivery. Chased on the 11th December they do reply saying it would be processed and dispatch that weekend.

Still hasn’t arrive it’s now 7 weeks since placed order.

No longer responding to my emails. Chasing a refund or an order update.

On November 24th 2025, I ordered a jewelry box from Amai Amara, for my wife's birthday, which is mid-December, thinking it would arrive on time. The box was not shipped on time. I contacted their customer service and they told me they were experiencing delays due to holiday season. I though then, that my purchase would arrive for Christmas. This was also not the case. Today is January second 2026, nothing has arrived, I have had no news from customer support , even though I have now asked for a full refund. In repeated occasions, they have mentioned they would give me more news at a certain date, however, the date arrives and there are no more news. I am not even sure I am talking to a human being or some automated robot writing fake answers. I would definitely advise not to purchase from this site.

Ordered almost a month ago. No product and no response to repeated inquiries. Finally responded a month after the order that it would be shipped “soon”. I cancelled the order.

If I could give a zero star I would. I placed my ordered on December 3rd and it was supposed to ship in 3-6 days. It’s now December 29th and I do not have my product. I emailed them and have not heard back.
Beware of this company.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered my wife a jewelry box in November. The website said it would arrive in 3-6 days. I never received it within the advertised time. They ignored my messages in the weeks leading up until Christmas. They finally responded once I commented on an instagram post, and they confirmed that it will not arrive before Christmas.

Scamsite! Ordered box. 14dec. No info, no shipment, no eta on delivery. Money deducted.

Ordered my wife the jewelry box for Christmas on Dec 3rd, on the website it said it would arrive before Christmas and ship within a few days. It has been over 2 weeks and the item is still not shipped. I've reached out twice now and still no response from the customer service team. I am worried I will not get the jewelry box by Christmas and also it may not be up to the quality I am expecting for $170 according to some of the other posts. Hopefully I get the item I purchased and if not, a proper refund.

I ordered mine 2 weeks ago but still no progress in my order.

I ordered my Jewelry box on the 4th November, its now the 3 December, still not box. I keep getting told they would update me, still hasn't happened. So much for the 3-6 day delivery. Do not order from this company. Sounds like they take the money before they are made. I will now be asking for a refund. Don't know how this company has any positive reviews. The worst customer service!!!

I ordered over a month ago (November 7, 2025 to be exact) and I still have not received the purchased product. This is frustrating and disappointing. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a December 7 birthday which is 7 days from today. I doubt I will receive it by then. I paid a lot of money for this jewelry box. I will never buy products on this website again.

Bought 2 jewelery box 3 weeks before my event (on the 02/11).
They say 3 to 6 days for delivery … well my shipment was not even shipped on the 18/11.
We are in the 21/11 and still no statut updated about my command …
A lot of adds on social média but surely they way of ship their product are not client oriented.

I have been wanting the Amari Amara Sofia jewelry box for some time and finally ordered it in black. I loved it so much I ordered a second one in the cream but when it arrived, the handle wasn’t aligned. I reached out to Customer Service and they instantly sent a new one which arrived and beautiful. I have the black and cream stacked and so elegant with the gold features. Very well made! I highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent Customer Service and products. You won’t be disappointed!
