American Book Warehouse Reviews

I am a first time customer to ABW. They had a semi-rare book I've been looking for, and placed my order straight away. After a week I hadn't received my tracking email, so I emailed them to request it. Turns out, it was out of stock after all. ABW kept in communication with me from start to finish and in a very timely manner. I was offered a full refund (with a discount for a next purchase) and a sincere apology along with the option for them to source the book for me. I chose to wait and see if they would be able to still get me the book. It didn't take long, maybe a few weeks, to get the news they found my book and it was on its way with a tracking number. I did receive my book around Christmas which made it almost magical! Again, communication was consistent throughout this entire process. I never felt like I was being ignored, irrelevant or bothersome. I was treated with respect, importance and offered options. I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received, and how professional and genuinely a heart-warming human experience I was provided over the internet.
I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AMERICAN BOOK WAREHOUSE FOR YOUR BOOK PURCHASES!! I am a very happy customer and look forward to continuing doing business with them again!

Re: Iodine: Why you need it, why you can't live without it by Dr. David Brownstein

The used book I ordered arrived on time and in great condition. I didn't recieve a tracking number; however, upon emailing customer support I was updated quickly. They then reached out to follow up verifying I had recieved my item.

This is a scammer, I’m afraid. Took my money but book was never sent.

I will update this review if I the book ever arrives.

Ordered a book, paid extra for faster shipping, took over a month to arrive, was ignored multiple times when I asked to send it back as the date when I needed it had passed.

Excellent Customer Service!!! They went the distance to ensure that I received a book that met my
requirements. Very happy with the book they found for me and their responsive communication with me throughout this process.

THE BOOKS ARRIVED QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD AND THEY ARE CLEAN AND NOT TORN OR HURT IN ANY WAY. I WILL BE CHECKING YOU OUT AADGAIN WHEN I NEED BOOKS. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE GOOD SERVICE AM VERY PLEASED!!!!!

Received our book as requested and on time! Very pleased.

Amazing business service! Friendly, replied in email on time, professional. Book is in perfect condition! Definitely, will buy again from this company! Thank you for your hard work!

Okay, so I needed a textbook for class. As most of us know, textbooks are NOT cheap :/ But, I was able to purchase my textbook from the American Book Warehouse for only a fraction of the price my school's textbook store was selling them for! Not only did I save roughly $200, I got my textbook in GREAT condition! I spoke with the Support team, and they answered all of my question clearly and in a timely manner. What's more, they were genuinely concerned with my concerns! I would recommend this site to everyone who needs good quality books for a low cost :) Happy Shopping

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I had an issue with my order because of my error. They resolved it immediately and in the most customer friendly way possible. Book I received is quality product at a great price.

I was looking for an out of print book when I found American Book Warehouse on line. Not only did they have the book, listed as used, very good condition, but their price was cheaper than other sites. Service was great, and I received the book in two days. Best of all, my book was in even better condition than advertised, like new. I'll be very confident ordering from them in the future.

Prompt delivery and friendly service. A great combination!

The book is exactly as described. The price was very reasonable and their customer service is excellent.

I suspect that American Book Warehouse is primarily a scammer. They bill your credit card and then tell you they DO NOT have the book. They promise to "look" for another copy. Two weeks later, I checked back, and American Book Warehouse had not found one. I requested a refund. American Book Warehouse makes money on the "float" when they hold your money for a few weeks until you demand a refund for a book that I suspect never existed in the first place.

Awesome customer service and fast shipping!

I ordered a book and the payment was excepted next day it had been cancelled. I tried ordering it twice.the second time they had raised the price 200 plus, they said the book was unavailable and they were trying to fix the problem, well 3 months later it is still on the website lowered the price. I wonder if it’s still unavailable!!! I found the book on Amazon with an affordable price with no issues.

This company has a large supply of quality books and also displays quick timing on shipping orders. The part about them that astonished me was the quickness, attentiveness and integrity of their customer service team. They were quick to listen, show empathy and create a solution that solved my problem and blew me away in generosity.

American Book Warehouse Had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Shipping was pretty quick. I know have a new great store for used books!

American Book Warehouse has awesome customer support. If you have any issues, don't worry because they got you covered!

They made a mistake and sent me the wrong publication. Simple mistake.
In regard to this they responded immediately to my email, refunded my money, and told me to keep the publication they accidentally sent me!
Now that’s pretty awesome!
Would definitely buy from this business again!
