Reliable carriers seem to be an issue. We use DHL and FedEx, both have problems at times and I’m unsure of the fix for that.

Disappointing experience unfortunately
Items were not shipped on time to us which delayed the job we were on. Then they tried to blame the courier company. Thankfully I was refunded and found another company that could deliver to us on time!

Don't ever bother with buying from this company!
We ordered a replacement pump first thing on Monday and paid for next-day delivery, as our existing pump had failed. This pump is responsible for water distribution across our farmyard and supplies water for around 60 animals, so the matter was extremely urgent.
Despite daily contact with Anglian Pumping Services, the pump was not delivered until Friday. During this time, we found the customer support very disappointing. There appeared to be no telephone number available to speak to someone directly, and communication by email did not feel urgent enough given the seriousness of the situation.
We appreciate that courier delays can happen, but the issue was repeatedly blamed on FedEx, with no practical solution offered to us, such as sending out a replacement pump or taking further steps to help resolve the emergency. From our perspective, once payment had been taken, there was very little meaningful support.
This caused us considerable stress and difficulty in providing water for our animals over several days.
We were told that the next-day courier charge would be refunded, but we have not yet received confirmation that this has been processed. A confirmation email would be appreciated.
Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience at a time when we urgently needed help. Sadly, based on this experience, we would be unlikely to use Anglian Pumping Services again.

Order placed 10.22pm 14th May, we processed order 15th May. It arrives 4 working days later. Next day was available but not selected from purchaser.
We do not advertise our telephone number on our website. It can be found by google searching but does require some effort. We prefer not to be called for web orders.
We are fine for staff to end calls or remove themselves from situations if it is not beneficial to their mental health or to company productivity.
Ideally would be delivering in 3 working days but also there is that next day option for time critical orders.

Don’t like the WhatsApp messaging as sometimes I didn’t get a response or questions answered. Would much prefer to speak to someone.
Also didn’t have the pump I ordered in stock, but on the plus side they sorted a different one really quickly and got it out to me.

People seem quite vocal about us removing the phone number however the team have suffered enough abuse over the years and I have taken the view that staff happiness is much better than a few not so happy customers.
We have seen a sales increase since we moved to WhatsApp by over 20% so we are definitely not reversing the change!

Service is terrible
Service is terrible, web chat only and if you ask for the phone number to call them and discuss issues you will be met with comments such as 'talking wont change anything' and a refusal to provide a contact number. Asked for an immediate refund after this poor service.

We explained fully delay was caused by manfacturer issues. We are a reseller not the original equipment maker so if they delay, we delay.
I feel communcation was very good. Also if we choose to protect our staff from angry people like yourself, that is also ok.
My advice is conduct yourself in a nicer manor and people will be more willing to talk.

Appalling Service
I am absolutely appalled at the service, how the business survives is beyond me.
Booked for a service of 2 x Dab E.Sytanks, dealt with the Managing Director whose communication was sporadic at best. Organised a date, nobody arrived, phoned the office twice and spoke to two different members of staff who said they would get back to me, neither did. E-mailed telling him of my disappointment of how everything had been handled and needless to say have had no response.

I ordered 3 pumps and had confirmation
I ordered 3 pumps and had confirmation, I immediately realised I hade made a mistake so I emailed them to rectify before dispatch in fact moments after I made the order and payment.
I was emailed next day and asked to cancel on a form, so I did the same day, my order and re order the correct items.
I didn’t reorder as I had paid already and was waiting a refund. Next day I was informed that the order was being delivered tomorrow.
I emailed and asked why they were sending it and if they could divert it. It wasn’t delivered.
7 day on I’m still waiting my refund.
