Ease of renewing and great information to look at costs

When I rang about my renewal it was fast pick up and dealt with perfect

Web page was very simple to navigate and forms simple to fill in quote was prompt and eventual purchase steps quick and easy. The certificate arrived promptly in the post.

There was no long delay when I rang to get a quote and the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The quote I received was very competitive. Also, the man I spoke to was not trying to sell, or recommend other products/options which can be very annoying with some companies. Plain, straightforward renewal - at the right price.

Staff I was dealing with were excellent and so helpful.

I phoned with an issue I couldn’t resolve myself and the staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful, understanding and reassuring that he would be able to help me a resolve the issue as soon as he could, which he did. He was great at his job I knew by the way he spoke with great confidence this can be very hard to find nowadays, someone that knows how to do their job but this guy was great. My issue was sorted and it didn’t take too long out of my day. Thank u
