My partner and I had a great experience dealing with Antony Roberts to rent our new flat. John Martins was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving all our queries and it could not have gone better. The whole experience felt more like dealing with a landlord directly rather than an agency. We continued to receive the same level of support and responsiveness even after moving into our new property and I would definitely recommend!

John Martins and Paul Zammit have made the finding of a new home a stress and trouble free process.
Moving home is fraught with problems and hidden difficulties and their considerate and professional work and thoughtfulness, removed any concerns and apprehension I may have had or experienced, completely.

After carefully assessing my requirements they found the ideal property, helped and supported me through the references, deposit, tenancy agreement, inventory and handing of the keys. All and any questions and queries were followed up and answered with information, help and guidance.

I would not hesitate in recommending them to any who are seeking a home; you could not make a finer or wiser choice.

John Martins made the process of finding a new rental home in London easy. This was a relief given the current climate of competition & low supply. The requirement was also a standard 1 month’s rent up front alongside a deposit. This was greatly appreciated as my last rental required six month’s up-front - a sizable financial burden to a a single person renting, which did not result in a long-term rental. I was given a no fault eviction notice within the same contracted year. I am hopeful that this new rental will last until I buy a property.

Jonathan is a property wizard....his tenacity, professionalism, judgment and kindness were evident from start to finish. Catherine was amazing throughout the experience of selling our home. We spoke to all the local estate agents and went with Anthony Roberts, they got an offer of over asking before our home even went to Market and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Our buyer was a little slow off the mark as they had issues selling their home but Catherine and the team went above and beyond to make sure that deadlines were met and the process kept moving. Troubleshooting when issues came up. They care about what they are doing and do it very well.

Ben and Marc at Antony Roberts were fantastic. We moved to them after struggling to sell our house with another estate agent. Marc, the sales manager, was down to earth and realistic with his advice. He made us feel like our wishes and goals were important. His focus was on us as people, rather than just on making a quick sale for his office. This was abundantly clear when our first accepted offer fell through and we were losing hope that we would ever sell our house. With his guidance, we ended up getting another offer quickly and for even more than our previous offers.

Ben was involved with the viewings (with his colleague Rob) and then oversaw the sales progression after we had a buyer. He was friendly and professional throughout, going above and beyond to help facilitate discussions between us, the solicitors and the buyers. He responded to emails quickly and ensured we were kept up to date. He tried to pre-empt issues so they wouldn't turn into delays. The sale would not have gone through as quickly without his help.
