The service i received was excellent. Ive never had a phone stolen or lost before but the lady (Michelle) who was dealing with my case was very helpful , she fully explained in detail what was required and how I should go about getting the correct documentation. She even took the time to phone me as I struggle with emails. She showed great understanding and empathy.

More expensive than my other insurance and also took a lot longer to get my phone repaired around 10 days as opposed to 48 hours with other company

We do strive to provide the best possible service, and by using Apple, we felt this was the most appropriate option based on the circumstances of the damage. We cannot comment on other insurance policies.
