Cannot fault App4 from the beginning to the end and beyond. The relationship between business and business manager is unique, you get to have a personal relationship with someone who genuinely cares for your businesses progress and growth as opposed to dealing with several people. I have been working with Hannah and she is brilliant, I was extremely nervous and a little hesitant at the start as I didn't know what to expect or how to get started. Hannah has taken me through the ideas, build and development stages and I am so pleased with the final website and App, she has dealt with my queries straight away, is always on hand to call or email, very encouraging and professional. I was completely comfortable bringing her my ideas and visions and together we worked out what would be best for my business. I could not have done this without Hannah's help and support. App4 is a great platform for businesses that want to take the next step. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting to step up their game and get their business to the next level. The ongoing support is very helpful and only an email or call away and problems are solved. Increased my business turnover already and it has only been weeks !!!!!!!!!!!

App 4 has been great for our business. Streamlining sales and all analytics has made our process’ so much easier.

The support team are hand 24/7 and any changes or tweaks to the back office are made immediately.

We have been working with ‘Rowan’ who has been great. Her communication is second to none, any work she’s been given has been done promptly but most importantly she is on hand at all times.

The final selling point for us is the fact the ceo and founder is on deck daily and the firm is very much owner operated which makes a huge difference.

Cannot recommend enough.

each time when I faced a problem I get help very quickly. Ian helped me out over the weekend out of their usual working hours, Dee sent me emails as early as 7am with clear easy follow instructions to help me to manage my App and account. App4 managed to provide me with a tool that enabled me to provide my Customers with a good online ordering platform with an easy to use system interface that managed to get positive feedback from Clients too.

App4 was able to contribute to our business growth and I found all the team to be very supportive and professional every time I contacted them with a query.

The idea was to move over from another provider and it started off well, gave them access to everything and then all of a sudden our website went down. Turns out they made the switch without consulting me. They changed all the links everywhere to app4 when the site was not finished, the menu was not complete and we had no agreed switch date and had some customer complained that they had not received orders they placed. When questioning this the initial response was "whats the problem"???
After complaining I was put in touch with the CEO and co founder who advised me that links in google business change automatically and that they did not make the changes, I then got in touch with google who confirmed that changes are manual to which the CEO's response was they didn't say who changed them, which implies that i did it myself??!!
We did agree on terminating the contract mutually and after advising the operations director that this was stressful and traumatising as a small business owner she responded with "not sure how". I've also got a app4 terminal that the operations Director said I cant give back for a refund (299+vat).
The project manager was a lovely girl but the senior management need lessons on customer service.
Shocking experience
The worst thing about the whole experience is that they thought I had no idea about the technical side but I worked in the industry all my life (IT) in various roles.

Edit: from your response you say issues on both sides? The only issues were from you. You half take responsibility. Just by not owning up you are proving that you are not a business to trust.

We have joined App4 for a month now, which helps our business grows quickly. Also it provides a great saving compare to the other food ordering systems like Justeat and Uber eat. The best customer service we have ever received. Tia, you are a super star! She provided us a very detailed training on setup and trading, also deal with our special needs for our business fast and professionally. Also, our customers found the app was quite easy to use.

App4 has helped my business, and have saved using our own online ordering system as opposed the competition such as just eat or uber or my favourite, the customer service is great especially Tia ia amazing and still is always on the other side of the call or mails. She goes above & beyond to help .
Up.to now all good & early days ,hopefully will help my business grow .. 😃 😊

We are running a small wood fired pizza company, we joined App4 with their NCASS promotion. Since joining we’ve had an exceptional experience! Customer service is second to none, Victoria our account manager is fantastic! She is always on the other end of the phone for questions and if my request is something she hasn’t come across before she’s gone above and beyond to get it sorted!

The savings we have made with App4 are fantastic, commissions are minimal compared to other platforms that we use such as just eat and Deliveroo. We have saved over £1600 on commissions alone in the last few months.

App4 handle the take away platform for both of my restaurants - I received fantastic help from Victoria for both places, in that she spent time with us over the phone guiding as to how to manage the back office, and she ensured that the latest restaurant had a seamless transition into the take away market. Since working with App4 I have received nothing but great customer service, my point of contact is Vic and she is very helpful any time I need support. She gives us a very warm and comfortable vibe and is a pleasure to cooperate with. From the day we set the service up to the present day of trading we have experienced nothing but an easy work flow. The equipment is very straight forward and easy to use although Vic gave me a full tour of how to use the software & hardware, she's help point me in the direction to make our business grow as a whole using App4.
