Not a good service started great treated awful at the end tried to charge and say I was out of contract even though they had changed things a million times

The app4 team have been a pleasure to work with over the past few months, the app ticks all the boxes including ease of use (front and back end), personalised look and use in the kitchen. A special thanks to Dee who is a pleasure to work with and always sorts out any problems as quickly as possible.

We have recently worked with App4 Developments on creating an app & website for our food business.

We are delighted with the finished product and cannot believe the level of customer service we recieved.

Victoria has been absolutely amazing, and I have to say we haven't been the best customers as we had a family bereavement in the middle of setting up. She has been extremely patient with us and done everything she can in order to get our App up and running.

Would highly recommend the business & even more so due to Victoria.

As a pop up venture having the app developed for a pre order system definitely lead to my business being successful in first 3 months. For a new venture this is essential and having a QR attached to promotional material was a big advantage.
I found the service at App4 from the staff to be more than I expected in terms of returning calls, answering queries, putting my mind at rest when I thought I’d messed up my menu and just overall professional and very friendly.
As my business develops the customising of the ordering system has been key to adapting and I have been surprised that the costs have been much less than I expected.
I have recommended APP4 to a number of other businesses and I am really happy to carry on working with them as my needs change.

We had a bit of a shaky start so far, which is partly my fault, but I think they would serve their clients better, if they can focus a bit more on client requirements. The app is sleek and simple which is exactly what I wanted. Hopefully it will become an essential business tool for us. Jury is still out.

At first we was very indecisive about which web developer to choose to create our new online website. After looking into App4 and speaking to a member of the team, i knew this company ticked all the boxes in terms of what i needed.
They installed and developed the systems efficiently and even gave us a step by step guide.
Laura who is our POC, has helped us from setting up through to going live and receiving orders. If we had any changes we wanted to make she would get it done straight away. She gives us monthly calls to check up and see how we are getting on and if we have any issues, the service has been great.
Orders have started to pick up online as more of our customers have noticed the online order system. We have even been told the online ordering process is really quick and easy compared to other sites. Thank you Laura and the app4 team.

End of week 3 and I am seeing nearly 20% of my business via the app with app orders spending on average 25% more than walk ins.
Learning the app and managing the back office I have asked many questions all which have had a rapid responses with positive outcomes.

From our initial enquiry, to set up , installation and launching of our personalised app we have found Laura and the whole team at App4 amazing and so supportive, and the service received has been second to none, we honestly cannot praise them enough. The impact the app has had on our Bussiness and more importantly our customer experience has been phenomenal with a large number of our regular customers now choosing to use the app to order along with many new customers especially of a younger demographic using our ordering system for the first time and returning.

Laura has provided us great service and always responsive and helpful. She ensures our requests are promptly dealt with and also has great communication.
The system has allowed us to take online orders from day one. The interface is easy to use and the print outs are very clear.

Where's the technical support you supposed to get after 5pm? Most takeaways open in the evenings. When the food website is experiencing issues who do you contact?
Update - After speaking to Fran and getting the details for technical support I feel much at ease now. She's been quite helpful in all areas. The ongoing updates and quick responses to emails and calls is what I like to see and I have been getting that.
