Millie has been really helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. I had no idea how to set up an app but it’s been really simple as all I had to do was send Millie the information I wanted on it.

Initially I had a good experience dealing with the APP4 team but once I had problems with my tablets the experience unfortunately went down hill from there. I’m still waiting for questions to be answered after being passed from one team member to another.
