Excellent product by the company. It has been 4 years I am with them now. Has helped the business save time during busy periods and is great from customers point of view as well. Our account is looked after by Laura who is excellent and most important gets back quickly if any special request is made. You will not regret.

App4 has helped us grow our business and increase sales by providing an online ordering platform.
App4 platform is easy to integrate and use. Also fantastic support (from Laura) who guided us all the way from initial setup to training and support.

I have used app4 since last July 2020 and I couldn't be more happy with my decision to go with them. With the current issues with shortage of workers in hospitality we had struggled to get the amount of staff we need to operate properly however because of the app we have managed to operate with 2 member of staff less out-front each shift by making the outside/garden app only and also encouraging others to use it for quicker service.

Also as time goes on they are constantly making improvements to the app and useful suggestions to make the most of it.

I must say a big thank you to Laura P for her customer service and making the app a success and spending hours on it at a time to make it look the best it can be!

Since Millie took over as my account manager she's made sure everything runs like clockwork, she never takes any longer than an hour to answer me back (it used to be 2 working days previously) and she's got all the patience in this world to deal with me.
In regards of the app, it's the best solution for small businesses like ours trying to escape from the horrendous commissions from JustEat. You can offer and customise discounts, deals, table booking as well as tracking your sales live, update your customers, send some push notifications, etc. It's just great.
I do recommend you that you keep yourself on top of your menu and opening and closing times if you want to avoid any issues.
As well as that other reviewer, I strongly recommend upgrading the Amazon Fire Tablet ASAP if you don't want to end up blaming the app for some hardware malfunction. We recently got a Lenovo P11 and it works incredibly better, we can even use the app as a POS now and save some bucks there too. And thus we realised than most of the issues we ever had with the app were related to the underperforming tablet. So considering investing an extra £250 additional to the set-up fee would be best practice, especially for your mental health if you take more than 5 orders a day.
This app is an amazing development, and the monthly fee is really nothing compared to what they save you in commissions.
I really thank Millie and Laura for keeping up with the hard work, you guys are amazing.

My business has been completely dependant on App4 for best part of 6 Months. I opened my business using ONLY App4 solutions and i cant deny it, I am super impressed with everything! The staff, The systems, problem solving, website and app design etc. You name it they can do it and they havnt let me down once. Service is outstanding.
I was pretty nervous signing up simply because all this is new to me but as it turns out there was never anything to worry about. I am just proud of myself for finding these guys in the first place and glad i didnt waste time with anyone else. Thanks App4 for everything! :) ♥
Also ignore any bad reviews. They are for the stupidest reasons i.e. 1 star review because they got an Amazon fire tablet instead of a Samsung or iPad. how entitled can you get? lol Set up fee would have been 4x the price for an iPad so they could have just bought one themselves if it meant so much.

Flawless service and my Amazon Fire tablet (and supplied modern EPSON compact printer) does the job VERY nicely!

Fireaway APP4 app has been very useful for our business as it has provided direct access to the Customers for collection and delivery orders and also provide control to the store for delivery and Collection timings, user interface has been really easy, the support service by APP4 team has been commendable , our account manager , Laura Pipes has provided prompt support as and when needed.
