A great option for small businesses like mine who get ripped off by partnering with the big takeaway apps. Nicola has been amazing since day one, always available and prompt to solve any issues.

Millie has done a great job and is quick at making changes the app is not very disability friendly and our disabled staff struggle with it, the user guides are not the best quality and the amazon tablet keeps updating whilst in middle of working hours, which we know as cost us a couple of customers, would have preferred a Samsung tablet or apple ipad as can make them more disability friendly can't fault services but the devices are a bit discriminative as hard for people with disabilities to use as can't set overlays or any other reasonable adjustment for they needs if it wasn't an amazon fire tablet this review would have being a five a new tablet as arrived and is worst than before no orders coming though technical team not responded in over 4 days losing money what am I paying for avoid the app at all cost, go to someone else I have had too

I was very happy with the costume service that was given to me I would recommend the lady who I have spoken to her name was Millie very polite.

Avoid this company. I used these guys for a few years wanted to leave so called them to cancel next thing you know get a bill of £1800 and threaten to take me to court. Apprantley i have to cancel i NEED TO INFORM THEM 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE WHAT A JOKE. Would not recommend this company there is much better companies out there. Now i most proberley get reply to this comment saying to email them to rectify i am happy to post my previous email correspondence on here.

I have been an App4 customer for over the last two years and from the initial enquiry to the setup of the website and app it was never an issue, everything was dealt with in a timely manner.

Recently i had a couple of issues etc after which i was assigned an account manager Nicola, who has been very helpful with any issues that have arisen.

Bottom line is, If you've got a business and you want to take a dive in to the world of ecommerce i would highly recommend App4 to take your business to the next level.
