We have been with App4 for 1 year and recently opened our 2nd outlet with them. We are very happy with the service and the support we get from Nicola Aldred our customer account manager.

From start to finish my account manager Nicola has been absolutely amazing.. nothing has been a bother, she has always been so on the ball and got us up and running in no time, I can’t thank her enough for everything & the app/website is looking amazing so happy with the end result .. thanks again x

I’ve been with APP4 for over a year now and have had great service throughout. Any problems I’ve had are dealt with straight away and a very easy process. I needed a new item added to my menu and my customer account manager Nicola Aldred took care of it, usually takes 48hrs but she managed to get it done way before that.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND APP4 FOR ANY FOOD BUSINESS.

Delighted with the app great support & great results

We have been using App4 for some time now for the websites of all our restaurants.
The recent overhauling of our website was overseen by Laura Pipes and we found her to be very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with.

My account manager Laura is wonderfully easy to work with, she's always so helpful and gets things done really promptly, if she doesn't immediately have a solution she will quickly go and find one. App 4 have been awesome and I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars!

The team at GoApp4 have all been really helpful.
Laura Pipes has been very obliging and knowledgeable about the product.
The process has been pretty easy to negotiate and any questions have been dealt with quickly.
Only one downside is the delivery status being based on a radius distance as opposed to an actual driven mileage which would have been preferred.
The pricing structure seems competitive for the system which Laura guided us through the setup of with ease.
