aql is a highly professional company; queries are answered quickly and efficiently. Support staff are knowledgeable and focus on actually resolving customer issues, rather than simply closing tickets. Very refreshing attitude.

From the first meeting, the team at AQL was extremely helpful, guiding me through everything—from the initial agreements and facility tours to the onboarding process. Unfortunately, I had to recently dismantle our installation due to IT restructuring, but I couldn’t recommend this data centre more highly. The setup at Salem Church is world-class, and the security measures are exceptionally reassuring.

So easy to buy credit, distribute between branches. Getting notifications on time. Excellent customer services.

I found the hackathon to be very well planned.
A lot of thought had gone into designing the smart city scenario and much hard work must have gone into the varied challenges that were set and the way they functioned in a browser-friendly web application.
The difficulty level was a bit beyond me as a beginning level coder, but thankfully others on my team picked up the slack.
I had lots of fun and it was a great experience, but since the event was promoted in first-year university lectures, it would have nice either to have had a few tasks that were within the reach of computer science freshers, or a debriefing afterwards to explain how some of the tasks could have been completed.
Nonetheless, the event still definitely deserved 5 stars.

aql hosted an exceptional hackathon on our campus at the University of Huddersfield. Our undergraduate students completed a series of challenges increasing in difficulty, and had to work together using the skills they have developed on their Computing and Computer Science degrees to solve these real-world problems. The aql team were incredibly supportive, professional and friendly with all the students, and I would recommend this as a brilliant activity to engage students in developing their skills beyond their course in preparation for the workplace.

We worked with aql to deliver a joint event with one of our clients and the marketing team was genuinely lovely to work with and so accommodating. The event was a great success and looking to do a repeat - albeit bigger and better - next year!

Recently worked with the aql team on an event for the Leeds Digital Festival. It was great working with the marketing team, really approachable and enthusiastic team, plus we got to work with Melvin, the AI robot!

I'm a tottering old priest working with victims of trafficking in Eastern Europe. When I first began requiring internet and support services I first went to AQL. And two decades on, I cannot imagine a more professional, supportive, and client focused business. During the past three years I've had to depend even further on AQL to assist me as I move between the Moldovan and Ukrainian borders, moving child victims of Russia's relentless assault upon the innocent children and elderly in Ukraine. I lack the vocabulary to describe how grateful we are for the continued support provided by the staff of AQL and those who have volunteered their time and expertise, as well as compassion, as we provide safe-harbour and new life starts away from the relentless bombing, destruction and torture from Russian troops.

Reliable and not expensive.
