I asked Arctic could I create any issue if I rotate pump of Arctic liquid freezer III 420 AIO to put tubes closer to the VRM and they approved it. Besides this they offer to me to send me a new logo for the VRM fan so that I can replace the existing one, ensuring it is not upside down.

Habe vor ein paar Monate eine AiO über Amazon bestellt. Leider wurde mir aber kein neues Produkt zugeschickt. Die AiO war eindeutig verkratzt und wurde bereits eingebaut.
Der Amazon Support hat mich an Arctic verwiesen und ohne großes hin und her hat mir Jessica von Arctic erklärt was hier passiert ist und mir einen sehr großzügigen Rabatt angeboten, falls ich die AiO behalten will.

Rabatt ist direkt ausgezahlt worden und die AiO läuft absolut einwandfrei!
So geht Kundenservice! Seither verbaue ich nur noch Arctic :)

Lost 4 mounting screws after around 4 or 5 years of ownership of an AIO 360 cooler after moving house. I messaged Arctic last night and this morning the screws were already on my way being shipped without additional cost. Impressed by their customer service.

They have by far the best customer support ever , i had an issue with a fan hub and they were so helpful they solved it , even though i'm in france and they are in germany

I've used Arctic products for many years and they have always been excellent. I have a liquid cooler that I've been running for six years now without any issues at all (it's brilliant). I needed a spare part as I was changing my motherboard/CPU and I'd not kept that part. The customer service team were amazing! They were so quick and helpful. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.
Their products always get great reviews and consistently outperform other options. With the build quality on the products I've purchased and the excellent customer support, I'm never going anywhere else!

I cannot lnock this company one bit i currently have their artic 3 loquid cooler 240mm 2 fan unit fotted along with 3x artic pro argb p14 fans on my pc settup running a ryzen 7 5800x and i am blown away by how cool it keeps my pc and b550m tuf gaming board cool whisper quiet while playing bog games like borderlands 4 forza etc never have i seen a system run so cold that the temps dont usually go above 70 degrees c very value for money and best products iv used . Even sent out replacment offset brackets for amd processors that was missing from a liquid cooler bought else where free of charge and very quickly too cheers artic

My liquid freezer 3 pro's vram fan was starting to make rattling noise and i contacted Arctic. They were happy to help and sent new vram fan and solved my problem very quickly. I would highly recommend buying Arctic products because of their quality and customer service.

Amazing Company with great customer service, Ordered a 5 pack of fans one was damaged in transit on the corner spoke to support and 2 days later a brand new fan was delivered to my door. Also great quality fans and nice and quiet in my case. Will use again for my next build
