Purchased the Artic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 AIO based on reviews & recommendations - not disappointed ! Excellent product that does what it's supposed to do with no fuss, simple to install and setup. I managed to lose a cable but reached out to Customer Support who, without any hesitation sent be a replacement F.O.C. - I was up and running in no time. 5 Star Product & 5 Star Customer Service.

World class customer service. Will definitely use them again.
Ordered Arctic Liquid 360 3 Pro Argb and P12 Pro fans. Received 4 days after shipping. I damaged the 3 in 1 cable when installing the AIO. I wrote to Arctic about buying another cable and some cooling paste. They replied that they would send a new one free of charge. I received the cable and cooling paste 4 days after they shipped it. Very satisfied customer.

The best customer service in the world!!!
I had a failure with an Arctic Freezer II after 5 years of use.
Arctic support didn't hesitate to replace it with the Freezer III.
The level of understanding and quality of support means I can say today that my next purchase will definitely be an Arctic product!!!

Purchased a used cooler off of eBay, didn't come with an AMD mounting kit, all I had to do was ask their customer support and even though I had purchased it used they still sent it out the same day! Extremely quick response, and very polite. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic customer service from ARCTIC
Fantastic customer service from ARCTIC! I had an issue with the small VRM fan on my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB. I contacted their support team and they responded within just a few hours.
They arranged a replacement fan immediately and shipped it from Germany via DHL. The whole process was incredibly quick, professional and hassle-free.
Really impressed with how ARCTIC handled the issue. Excellent product support and a great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Damn fine Deals
After I bought myself a AiO Cooler from Arctic it cooled insanely well my CPU that was a hot one (a Ryzen 7 5800X)
As well as Arctic customer support Helping me out and deliver spare parts, in my case a few fans, for my AiO after one Fan randomly broke down.
I highly recommend Arctic and will buy more from them in the Future.
