Can’t recommend their products enough — excellent quality and absolutely top-notch customer service!

Was soll man zu Arctic schon groß sagen ? Beste Preis Leistung die auf dem Markt zu finden ist. Wirklich TOP Leistung zu guten Preisen. Und wenn man ein Problem hat ist der Kundensupport sofort zur Stelle und 1A Kulant besser geht's nicht.
Und meine Temperaturen im Gehäuse machen dem Namen Arctic alle Ehre. Wer eine AIO für unter 100 Euro verkauft. Darauf 6 Jahre Garantie gibt, und es schafft bei 20% Radiator und 40% Pumpleistung einen Ryzen 7 9850x3D bei Vollast auf 60C zu halten spricht für sich. Alles 1A TOP. Und in Sachen Kulanz auch kaum zu übertreffen. Wenn ein lüfter mal eine zu starke Eugenresonanz hat wird sofort auf Kulanz getauscht. Für mich kommt nurnoch Arctic ins System.

Amazing! I bought my Arctic III about 4 years ago and lost the Intel parts… desperate I reached out to Arctic and Jessica and Frederik from customer support replied within minutes and immediately sent me the missing parts. I have not had this level of customer support for a very long time.

Awesome product, and great support team! The Arctic Freezer III 420 works great on my machine, keeping the CPU very cool (42 degrees when idle). I accidentally damaged a part during installation and the customer service team was very helpful, sending me a replacement part very quickly.

Ich habe mit Arctic äußerst gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Leistung ihrer CPU-Kühler ist einfach hervorragend – zuverlässig, effizient und durchweg überzeugend.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Kundensupport. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell, klar und äußerst professionell. I bought a Liquid Freezer 2 from Artic I believe in 2022.
Nowadays it started making some noise (out of warranty) and I thought I would have to replace it.
I did a quick search and found that they could provide the service kit for the cooler.
I ordered the kit and received yesterday. Solved my issue and I was charged nothing.
The water cooler was freaking amazing to begin with and I would buy another one without a doubt.
Now I will keep it for one more year until I migrate to my new gaming rig when I will get a new one.
They got a customer for life. I never expected I would be treated this way for a product out of warranty.
I definitelly recommend Artic products both for the quality but most importantly for the way they treat their customers.

This is something rare nowadays.

I recently had an issue with some missing spacers for my Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO. I contacted their support team and the experience was flawless. They were professional, quick to respond, and sent the replacement parts immediately. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and cares so much about its customers even years after the purchase. Great cooling performance and even better after-sales service. Highly recommended!

Arctic's customer support was very fast and helpful with providing me repair parts free of charge for a 6 year old AIO CPU cooler. My problem was handled professionally and accommodating.

Der Service ist einfach tadellos. Mir wurde auf Anfrage direkt ein passendes Mounting-Kit zugesendet, welches nirgends mehr erhältlich ist. Sehr höfliche Kommunikation und über die Qualität, Preis und Leistung von den Produkten brauche ich glaube ich nichts hinzufügen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

I bought a Arctic III 360 Pro But needed the mounting bracket for lga1200/115x and it was sold out. It also werent available anywhere Else.

But I contacted support and after a Day or so they pulled af kit from their service shelf and Got it send out as fast as possible with no charge.

I was Very Happy with the good service!
