I recently sold my father’s house through Arden and was very happy with the overall experience. From the start, the team made the process feel personal – it felt like they genuinely knew me and understood the importance of the sale. They were always willing to help over the phone, no matter how small the question, and took the time to clearly explain each step along the way. Their communication and support made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and approachable estate agent.

Outstanding, first class service from Arden! They sold my parents property within a week and well above what we expected! The whole team are amazing from Dominique who proposed exactly what price to offer from and tips to get the property looking very desirable, to the photographer, the sales viewers and Olivia, Holly and Leanne. Leanne kept us updated via email of the sales progression. The communication from the whole team was very professional and they are a brilliant team that made us feel supported throughout. We purchased our house through Arden, from offer to completion (few hiccups along the way due to surveys) Leanne from Arden was absolutely brilliant and extremely efficient in sorting/chasing things up, always kept up to date with the progression of things.

Although Arden did not act as our agent and were representing our buyers Leanne, was a driving force in the chain to get the sale progressed fully to completion. We were especially grateful that Leanne was able to put right a misunderstanding about our position regarding an onward purchase, which was crucial to get the whole chain exchanged. We were grateful to have her there putting everything in order (whilst our own agent remained disappointingly hands off!). We hope to now be in our forever home, but would recommend Arden for anyone looking for full support beyond initial negotiations.

Dealt with Arden’s Bromsgrove in February when a house we had seen come up for sale. We knew we needed our house to be put on the market quickly to be considered by the sellers estate agent. Savannah did not disappoint. No sooner had we been in touch, our house had been pictured and valued in less than a few days. Top communication by Savannah who helped us understand the process of selling a house. Will not hesitate to use Arden’s again in the very near future.

I initially had a poor experience with Arden Estates, primarily due to poor communication. I made an offer on a property (even mentioned I’d be willing to match the asking price), but despite chasing over the weekend and being told on Monday that I’d get a call back “shortly,” no one got in touch. I kept checking the listing excitedly, only to discover in the evening that it had been sold. I was understandably disappointed.

However, the manager apologised sincerely and took steps to make up for the initial experience, providing fortnightly personalised updates. I eventually bought a property through them. Yet again, communication was inconsistent — another estate agent promised to call back and never did. If you wait, you risk losing the property. If you call repeatedly, it might signal desperation and lead to price inflation — which is what I fear may have happened, as I ended up paying £6,000 above asking in a slow market.

As a first-time buyer, I’m left wondering if it was all worth it.

My solicitor (JS Law, Ms Beverly Chilaizya) managed to complete the transaction within three months. However, communication was again a major issue — emails were largely unanswered, and I only got updates if I chased with calls. The online platform they use was very efficient, and Arden Estate were helpful in chasing the solicitor and assisting with post-sale queries.

I sold my house through the Bromsgrove office. Faultless service throughout, from each and every single contact point. They supported all the way through the sale, making (at least this part!) stress free.

I highly recommend Arden Estate Agents. I dealt with the Worcester Office, Dominique, Leanne and the team are very professional, friendly and excellent with updates and communication. Every step of the way they have all been so helpful and informative, going above and beyond with some aspects of the job. 10 out of 10 ladies, again many thanks for your hard work.

I cannot recommend Arden Estate enough. Leanne handled our case and she was brilliant I was very pleased with her actions. All staff were friendly I can't complain at all. We receive updates at every step through emails or calls. Thank you helping us buying our house so quick!🫶🏼

Arden's don't just find a buyer for your property they ensure the sale gets completed. Great communication throughout the whole process from initial price setting to completion. Leanne was always up to date with everything that was going on. Our fourth sale with Arden's over the years and they have been consistently excellent throughout.

Incredibly disappointed. Initial response to a request for a valuation was excellent. Very much on the ball with a quick response and appointment. A gentleman called Matt came out to complete the valuation. He was only there for about 10 minutes. He verbally gave his opinion about the value and we talked briefly about marketing. I had expected his written letter of valuation fairly quickly as it’s just a straightforward email. When the email finally came, the address was wrong and the names of the people selling the property were wrong. I politely requested that the email be amended and resent. As this didn’t happen over 2 days, I informed Arden not to proceed as we were getting another agent to value. Matt at this point called me and apologised. He resent the email and still the information contained was wrong. Such a simple task seemed impossible for him. Needless to say it gave us no confidence to proceed with Arden.

Following the response to my review on Trustpilot, I was indeed contacted by James Cope the director. He was apologetic and thanked me for my feedback. He explained what he had done to ensure this was not an incident that would be repeated. He also offered support going forward. I am happy that I feel my feedback was valued and a positive response was received.

As a first time buyer I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Arden. My main dealings were with Gracie, and then also Amy and they were both so nice and helpful…and on my completion day going into the office it seems like everyone there is like that, just happy and great energy. Thank you Arden :)
