Its been a while we made a purchase through arden estate.
Romily and the team especially Ammy woollasten were brilliant from start to finish. Ammy was great at coordinating everything from with sale agreement till handing over the key. What i remember is the way she deal with the situation where she managed to get the completion day extended for a month from the sellers side due to a challenging situation faced by us during the process . And i would like to recommend and thank Romilly and Ammy again for a brilliant house. Arden was the agent for the house I've bought and despite the fact that I wasn't the paying client, I can't praise Arden's and especially Amy, highly enough. Ours was a long, often complicated chain which was often frustrating for all concerned, but any questions I had were always treated with respect. Seamless from start to end, no question was too big or silly. We were kept fully informed about the process the whole way along. I appreciated that Leannne would check-in and update up with any news and do any chasing up if needed! Leanne was always there with an immediate response with any question/query.
