We would especially like to complement Arden Estates handling of Sales Progression. Various issues caused the conveyancing process to be quite painful. Halinka Connelly used her extensive experience and insights to influence the process. Whenever we called, often in frustration, Halinka always had something informative to tell us over and above what we could find out elsewhere.

We recently bought a property through Arden and all the staff were great, from arranging viewings to start with and when our offer was accepted, Leanne was our main contact.
Leanne was brilliant, kept us up to date with any changes and progress.
She was chasing the other agents and solicitors and making sure everyone in the chain was aware of what was happening.
Our move ended up being very last minute and Leanne even helped us find a removal company who had availability as it was such short notice due to an issue further down the chain.
I would definitely use Arden again, they were very professional and on the ball.

We sold our property with Arden Rubery office and also purchased a new home through them. Whoever said that moving home was stressful need to use Arden in future. Romily was fantastic honest and really understood the market in our area. Gracie marketed our property and did an amazing job, Amy chased everything up for us and kept us well informed the whole team were just brilliant I can't recommend them enough. Leanne at ARDEN and been brilliant in fact she has been the only person who has been efficient in this whole process! The solicitors were slow and not responsive, but Leanne always kept us up to-date. Leanne had to contact the solicitors on both sides to get the sale through, if everyone had worked as hard as she did then the sale would have gone through months ago, it has been a long process and I was very pleased we had Leanne to help us a long the way.
