The bed was very hard to build. The cams were located on the underside of the build and this required the bed to be turned to lock them. During the turning process, the bed collapsed and ripped out all the cams. It was fixable with glue and dowels held under ratchet straps but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The cabinets I bought are very solid, nice and stable. I am happy.:)

1st time buying from Arthauss Furniture, didn't know what to expect so I was immediately impressed by their website especially a google map showing where they are based so you have confidence this company is established. The sliding wardrobe I bought was the best price on the internet. The price was ££s cheaper than the nearest rival. The communication was 1st class. Timely and succinct, managed my expectation to my satisfaction. The courier they used was equally professional, again great communications. Delivery was hassle free, the driver turned up within the timeframe and helped moving the boxes into the house. He checked the mirror sliding door in front of me to confirm the mirror was not damaged. The packaging was solidly packed. The actual wardrobe was excellently made; all parts fitted perfectly. The cuts were sharp and lamination was fautless. The assembly instructions were straightforward and diagrams clearly shown. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase with Arthauss. Will definately do business with them again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bought double murphy wall bed via eBay. Unacknowledged communication regarding delivery. Quickly discovered part with holes drilled in wrong place. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Accepted £15 refund. 2 subsequent misdrilled parts and one that snapped which we fixed ourselves as not willing to wait again. Terrible instructions. Gave up at step 32. Hired a professional to complete the build who had to add extra screws to hold some pieces in place. It took him 5 hours and cost us nearly £400. Orded in January but due to some personal issues on top of the problems with the build only completed today

I'd never heard of Arthauss Furniture but decided to ask Google AI for suggestions on a 3 door mirrored wardrobe with shelves and rails to my required measurements. This came up as the first recommendation and fitted what we were looking for exactly. Having been delivered by extremely helpful drivers as it was so heavy, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the finish and the weight of the product. Once fitted it looks absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend Arthauss to anyone looking to make and online furniture purchase.

Not the best of what I’ve ordered! Spending so much money you would think it would be perfect! Had to glue 2 doors on no matter what we did it just wasn’t leveling up all 3 together! Will not order again. Also was meant to be delivered 2 days after I ordered and it ended up being a week later.

TV unit is exactly what I wanted, it’s well made and was easy to assemble. The price was good and looks more expensive than it was. Delivery was on time and I was kept informed of delivery times.

Like the coffee table a lot but had problems assembling it. The twist bolts were not clear on how to line them up and pulled when screwed to tighten. This split the wood but luckily it doesn’t show as it is underneath. Delivery was great, on time and helpful crew
