Wardrobe arrived with all parts and additional hanging rails, on time, as per communication received via email. Excellent quality item. Delivery service were excellent, being only my partner and her mother there, the £20 fee to deliver the item to the first floor was worth every penny.

Overall, it’s a medium-quality product. When they say “oak,” it’s not solid oak it’s laminated. I had to reinforce the back of the wardrobe myself by building a stronger frame to make it sturdier and improve its longevity, as the back panels are very flimsy and the fittings provided are not strong enough. It’s definitely not a forever product. The style looks great, but I do question how long it will actually last over time. On the positive side, delivery was very good and the instructions were fairly easy to follow.

I would say the only positive aspect of my experience was that customer service responded to emails quickly. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. Delivery was delayed by five days, and when the Cannes II wardrobe arrived, one panel was chipped and another was warped.
Resolving the issue was frustrating. It took around 20 back-and-forth emails just to arrange a replacement for one panel, which will take a further week to arrive. The second damaged panel has an estimated wait time of three weeks. On top of this, I have to cover the cost of disassembly and reassembly myself. The warped panel was not noticeable until after assembly.

In terms of quality, I would compare this product to very low-cost alternatives. For the price paid, I expected a premium product, but that was not the case. You are likely better off purchasing from a local retailer where you may get better quality, lower prices, and even free assembly.
I would strongly advise paying attention to other reviews before purchasing. The warranty also does not inspire confidence, as any issues could easily be attributed to assembly or misuse, especially since they do not provide their own assembly service and a third party will always be involved.
Overall, I regret my decision to purchase from this company.

Another panel cracked in less than 3 months , still waiting on a resolution..

We ordered 2 wardrobes and 2 drawer units and unfortunately the whole experience has been really disappointing.
The furniture was being built by a third-party assembly company that we’ve used before with no issues. They’ve built IKEA and Howdens furniture for us previously without any problems, but with this order they started noticing issues during assembly.
There were problems with damage around the fixing points, exposed chipboard, poor finish, gaps between panels, and concerns around the drilled holes and general quality of the boards. It wasn’t just one part either — similar issues appeared across more than one unit, which made us feel this was more of a quality issue than a one-off problem.
We sent photos to the company, but they came back saying it was assembly-related. We don’t agree with that. Their main point was that the damage was around the fixings, cam locks and dowel points, but that’s exactly where the furniture is put under pressure during normal assembly. In our view, flat-pack furniture should be able to be assembled using the supplied instructions and parts without cracking, chipping or exposing the chipboard underneath.
The complaint handling has also been frustrating. We sent a detailed reply explaining why we disagreed with their findings, and they replied around four minutes later saying their position hadn’t changed after further review. That didn’t feel like enough time to properly look at everything again.
They offered replacement parts or a possible partial resolution, but given the issues appeared across multiple units, we don’t feel that’s good enough.
Overall, we’re really unhappy with the quality of the furniture and the way the complaint has been handled. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t order from them again.

Bought an 1000£ wardrobe and it was a good experience. It was delivered in a reasonable time. Had some issues with 2 parts but they were replaced by Arthauss so I'm happy with that, good customer service. Good prices and good customer service overall. Would recommend them if you plan on buying furniture.

Lovely furniture. Great set of drawers, wardrobe wasn’t great but we got a partial refund as it needed repairing, but I cannot fault the customer service as they were speedy and gave us 1/3 back.

Ordered the corner wardrobe because it was the perfect size for the room it is very spacious. it has a lot of hanging space, looks good, and is very good quality and value for money.
Company kept me updated with with everything got a text day before dilvery and a phone call from the driver to let me know he will be at the house within 30 minutes, when bring in the house both asked if I need help to take it out the hall way.
All in all very happy and will definitely order again

The process of ordering and thd delivery was outstanding. I purchased 3 waldrobes for my new house the quality is excellent and they look great.

I had a handyman come to put the flat back wardrobe together. He said after 25 years of putting flat pack wardrobes together it was the worse instructions he had ever come across!

I ordered my wardrobe from Arthauss over 2 years ago and whilst being time consuming to assemble at the time, has been perfect ever since putting it together.
At the time I originally assembled it, I decided not to put one of the shelves up. I recently decided to install the shelf but has misplaced the instructions and left over fixtures for the wardrobe. I was able to easily locate the instructions on their website and contacted their customer service to enquire about the additional fixtures I would need to secure the shelf. Without delay, I received a response from their team to inform me that they had shipped the fixtures I needed. These arrived the following day - I was really impressed with the continued customer service provided, given the fact I had purchased the wardrobe over 2 years ago. Thank you Hubert for your help! I will definitely be purchasing furniture from Arthauss in the future.
