Great Products & Customer Service
Generally, the time from ordering to receiving it takes longer than expected these days, but the watch straps are worth the wait. I have purchased many and they are high quality bands which look and fit great. It’s a 5 star product. The customer service is also 5 star. My questions are always answered promptly and the company is sincerely interested in ensuring customer satisfaction. I did knock a star off for the shipping time but if you’re not in a hurry I highly recommend Astra Straps. You won’t be disappointed!

Huge upgrade on standard Apple Watch strap
The watch straps did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but it's a small company, so that's OK. Product is terrific quality. The straps are wonderful. Maybe better than pictured on the website:
- Comfortable -- just slightly stretchy so it fits snugly
- Great magnetic closure
- Good looking

Awful given a delivery date for my parcel didn’t arrive, I got in touch with Astra straps said it was my fault for not giving proper address but on further investigation I had done. They said they would send out another one same thing happened again no refund no strap. Warning do not buy from Astra straps

Great Product
The construction of the watch/case combo was amazing. Very durable and comfortable for a working professional. I work in a manufacturing plant and am constantly on the move. I’m glad my watch is now able to keep up.

Ordered two bands
Ordered two bands, both the same size. Followed their sizing instructions. After 10 days USPS tracking indicated they hadn’t received the package yet. I had to reach out and after another 5 days they were delivered. I ordered two bands, the same size, and received two different lengths. There was no option to select different lengths when ordering. So reach out, again, and request either a replacement or a refund. Their response? Pay us $10 more. Wtf??? Never again.

I like this watch band but better support needed.
I like this watch band, it fit my Apple watch well and looks good, for a reasonable price. I did struggle with it at first, couldn’t figure out how to unclasp it or adjust it. It came with a small screwdriver but no explanation or directions. I contacted customer service and they eventually sent me some videos which were helpful and solved at least one of the issues, the adjustment I figured out on my own. So a good product but maybe send instructions or videos on purchasing.

Two times this watch band broke in the…
Two times this watch band broke in the same spot. I can't be the only one. I got one replacement finally but it took forever then respond to me and it took forever for them to send it out. Then when I got it sent out and I had it on for the second time it breaks again. Too thin of plastic would be my guess in a crucial area where the band moves back and forth so you can take it off at night or during the day when you're going to recharge your watch in my case. Now they won't replace it. They said it's past 100 days. Are they counting from the time I got it or from the time they got my message? And would it be the first time that it broke or the second time that it broke. Is it from the time of the purchase? Don't know. They're not going to replace it. I specifically put in the complaints for the second broken band. It's past the hundred days and there is nothing that they could do. Again, there's nothing they can do with my response

Frustrated - lessons learned
Frustrated when a company declares return services & you have to deal with A1. I wanted a return & the system kept trying to direct me to another (discounted) purchase. After over 20 responses, the system would not issue me the necessary info. to make a return. I finally (at my expense) mailed the item back, then being told it was not the proper address. They kept saying they wanted to make me happy, but NEVER gave me the information give me return information. After 2mos. & many many many attempts, I give up with no return. They win & I will not use this business again.

Awful, avoid at all costs. Item is a cheap drop ship from China. Does not fit and completely useless. One week on, 10 emails later and even a video with no refund. I don't think they understand consumer law allowing a return and refund. Same item is on eBay at a quarter of the price. Still wouldn't buy it as it will damage an expensive watch.

Astra offers a wide variety of straps..in different materials and different colors to coordinate with your wardrobe. I have ordered several and most are easy to adjust. When one was not, i sought out help through customer service which was exceptional!
