The representative, Kelly Prince, was extremely patient even though I didn’t have all the information she needed to help me. She just kept asking questions until she had enough information to get my order processed. Most would have told me to call back when I had the correct information. Top tier service!

ATN customer service is the worse ever. I will never purchase an ATN product again. It took over 2 months to get a return and by then my warranty was out. Horrible... horrible people in customer service. ATN is a junk company with terrible customer service. Iv had three thor 4 scopes and all have had issues. My second scope came back from repairs twice not repaired.. ATN customer service will not response to emails or calls. Poor quality products with horrible customer service.

Was having issues with my scope, called atn customer support and Kelly Prince was great to deal with. Had everything ready for me to send it in to get fixed in a timely manner. If you are having trouble just give them a call.

The wait time was more than acceptable but what made the call was my representative, Kelly Prince. She was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and thorough right from the start and it continued that way for the entirety of the call. Kelly was able to take care of my issue and got me all set within just a few moments. She also helped set up an account for me. She was fantastic!

Kelly Prince was outstanding. She was able to locate the items needed and get my order out right away.

I spoke with Kelly Prince today in regards to a problem with my ATN Thor 4. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She issued me a RMA and explained what I needed to do to package and and ship it correctly. She said once they receive it, it would be a 5 to 10 day turnaround. Looking forward to getting back in the field soon. Thanks for your help.

I called ATN because I was having an issue with my 4k pro. I spoke with Chamberlain, and which point I decided to use my 4k for an upgrade to the Xsight 5. The experience was great and Chamberlain was very helpful. Thank you your assistance in this matter.

I called ATN about a problem with my scope purchase. I spoke with Kelly Prince who was able to fix my problem. She was extremely professional and thorough. She reviewed all of the information and was able to resolve my issues quickly and efficiently Thank you Kelly.

Kelly Prince did a great job trying to resolve the issue over the phone. Unfortunately the scope needed to be returned for a fix or replacement, but she provided the RMA and shipping label at the time of the phone call.

I have I think about 5 ATN products now and I really appreciate their customer service. I spoke with Kelly Prince this morning and she was so helpful, and got my replacement items ordered. ATN’s customer service is another reason to have their products.

Ms. Kelly Prince was very helpful in setting up my repairs on my Thor 4 thermal scope. We went through the firmware reset but it needed to be sent in for repair. She is very thorough and has quick answers.
