Easy, straight forward,no pressure engagement with Matt. I read their booklet on their services in advance, which I got from a friend who had also used the service. We are both apparently going to get a £50 voucher. Which we are going to use on a meal out to celebrate a good life.

My husband and I were referred to Aura by friends who had taken out plans after being impressed by the service they had received. Our initial website enquiry requesting a quote was answered swiftly and professionally. The phone call which I received from Anne-Sophie was courteous, informative and friendly, with no pressure whatsoever. We had our costings verbally, via email and hard copy as promised. We had previously made an enquiry to another provider, but their service included hefty administration fees which is not the case with Aura. As the Direct Cremation plan provides us with everything we need, we have had no hesitation placing our trust in Aura as we have been extremely happy with their communication and service.

I made enquiries a while ago, maybe 6 weeks ago. I talked to an advisor on the phone and said I needed more time. They said they'd phone in a month's time. I was not pestered or sent emails and as promised I got a phone call. I asked them to phone in 2 weeks. By this time I had spoken to my family and was keen to go ahead with the plan. I hlave now done this and feel relieved that it is now sorted. I was impressed by the lady on the phone. Very pleasant and patient. There are quite a lot of funeral companies around and I think I chose the best.

The whole experience from beginning to end was really uncomplicated and there was no pressure at all. I had all the time I needed to look into things and think things over. I decided what I wanted spoke to Matt and things were sorted out in a friendly efficient way. My paperwork arrived quickly and everything I needed in there explained so well. Would recommend to anyone.

Roddy was great in explaining everything, kept in touch throughout the process without the usual marketing ploy. It helped being able to pay off with instalments. Good communication regarding payments.

After contacting a number of organisations following the very unexpected and heartbreaking loss of my Dad, I spoke to Nadine at Aura Life. To say she was unreservedly empathetic and understanding is an understatement. From that initial call, I knew I wanted Aura to make the arrangements for my Dad.

There was absolutely no pressure from them whatsoever. Every phone call and email I received thereafter was made with genuine care and compassion, and nothing ever felt impersonal or simply like a business transaction. This level of service and understanding continued from my very first call right through to the aftercare of my Dad’s cremation.

Would I recommend Aura Life? Most definitely, without any hesitation.

A special mention has to go to Nadine, who made an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time feel that little bit easier. She explained everything with such patience, kindness and care, and always made me feel completely at ease. Her compassion and understanding meant so much to me and my family at a time when we were struggling to take everything in.

Nadine is an absolute credit to Aura Life, and I will always be grateful for the care and kindness she showed us while making the arrangements for my Dad.

Comprehensive plan. I like that my ashes will be hand-delivered. Less expensive than some other providers. Feels more personal.

We wanted a direct Cremation, & all was handled efficiently & with great care.
Finally ashes delivered to me in UK, with great sensitivity.

I read all the details on their website are and compare what they offer to other companies and they proved to be far better. I phoned up the company just to have a quick chat and clarify a few points and was reassured about what they could provide.

Felt so relaxed and comfortable discussing a very sensitive purchase. Absolutely lovely people to deal with and I couldn't thank them more!
