Aussiesoftwareoutlet

Recommend using these guys for your MS needs. Easy transaction with great customer experience. Lachlan always at hand to answer questions.

Bought a "genuine version" of Microsoft Office, download off them, after a month it stopped working, couldn't get back on, reached out to them for support, but everything they told me to do, didn't work. After giving them my mobile number, and still not hearing from them for a week, I decided enough was enough, got in touch with my bank to cancel the transaction and posted a bad review on Trustpilot. All of a sudden, they wanted to help, calling me and emailing me, even refunding my money. For this I commend them, and will bump them up to 3 stars, but geez, is that the lengths we have to go to, just to get the help we were promised? Please do better for the next person.

Great service. Responded to installation issues, then had a solution that fixed the problem.
Excellent service.
Highly recommend.

I could not believe how helpful they were. I had a problem with downloading. Not their fault and Lachlan went above and beyond helping me. Trust them completely. Thank you for your patience. Absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic customer service, was on line the whole time to assist with the software download and set up. Highly recommended aussie business.

I had a problem with my one drive account. Lachlan sorted it for me very quickly. Very happy with the result of his technical help. I recommend this business. Thanks Lachlan for your assistance this morning. It was much appreciated.

Very easy setup, product works exactly as described. When I hit a snag, Lachlan on live chat fixed it immediately. Very good guys to purchase from - I've done it multiple times and will do it again in the future

Bought some Office software which was a smooth easy process. Had some trouble activating the software, they were super helpful helping me through it with regular text messages to assist.
That's customer service.
Thankyou!

I was having trouble activating Office 2024. Lachlan was so helpful and patient. He followed up in the evening to help me again and sorted it all. 5 stars for customer service.

Have been very frustrated with our local IT repair people and decided to call a friend in Armadale NSW, who recommended Aussiesoftware, so read up & decided to take a chance and bought Microsoft Office Prof with Outlook. Once funds paid it was a matter of minutes after I received electronic details to upload a 2024 platform, initially all went well, however upon activation it failed and immediately thought why me, so set in motion emails with all details to secure positive outcome, as decided to stay cool and give benefit of dough, however as things didn't happen as smoothly as purchase response I decided to peruse assistance from the sites chat option. found that a chap called Lachlan was a breath of fresh air soon began to feel at ease as nothing I said was to much trouble as explained i was a novis with limited knowledge about software issues , resulting in both emails and mobile conversations terminating with a positive outcome. Thus can highly recommend this very ethical and positive company to any and all who seek both orig Microsoft software and expert advice at all levels. Lachlan appreciate your 100 % assistance as am now 100 % operational.

Great way to buy Microsoft software, this was the third time I had used them. I had a little difficulty in loading the software. Shot off and email and had a response within 15 minutes. It was my fault, I did not fully understand what I had to do. On receipt of the reply only another 5 minutes and it was all downloading and I am now fully operational

It was easy to order Microsoft Office software and the support was great even on a Sunday when I had a bit of trouble installing the software. Fast reply and quick fix to get me going. Thankyou

The company persevered with their help for hours when download didn't go to plan but eventually, with their help, accomplished installing MS Publisher on a new computer. Would highly recommend the company.

Bought the MS Office 2024 Home and Business software and had some issues with Skype. Didn't realise a business account was required. Customer service helped me out and pointed me to Teams which could install for free. Which was helpful.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 from here and downloaded it from the Microsoft website. These guys are official resellers for microsoft products and they saved me hundreds . All activated thru Microsoft ... Happy days

Very easy to install and verify. A simple download, enter the code via the prompts and away you go!
