I just had a great experience with tech support. Jodie assisted me to update software, which I was not able to do online. The process was smooth, efficient and seamless. Jodie was attentive, courteous, helpful, and entertaining. It was just the type of interaction that I needed on a busy day!

A few weeks we had this Autel Ultra Maxy the best tool you can buy on the market as they say! I tried on every car like VW Group, Mercedes, and BMW and to be surprised that this diagnostic purchase from Euro car Parts UK diagnostic could not delete the faults from a full scan on the VW TIGUAN 2017 model I had to click on each module to delete it. We have problems with iCloud sending customers' reports and many more to add but this is one of the shame not to perform delete faults from the car

Purchased 19/9/23 the AUTEL ML629 professional scan tool. Turns out doesn't work for my make/model of car.
Contacted support 20/9/23 and got a ticket number. 25/9/23 emailed support and sales advising no response from support and that I wanted to return the unit. (26/9/23 Stacey emailed asking for serial number and errors.
9/10/23 Stacey responded acknowledging didn't work for my car and if I insisted in returning it she would assist. 13/10/23 emailed confirming my wish to return.
19/10/23 Received return details and was advised they would be taking a re-stocking fee. I have challenged their position and I wait for their reply.

I rate Autel one star only because there's no way to give them ZERO stars. I complied with Autel instructions for returning my drone to them after a hard landing caused what appeared to be slight damage. After pre-paying for repairs to my Autel drone, their repair shop sent me my "repaired" drone that lasted TEN MINUTES before ruining two batteries on the same day. They also removed my original camera, which was not having issues, and replaced it with a smaller one, WITH NO EXPLANATION.

It looks like the new smaller camera may be what caused the new problems. It has to be either that or incompetence by their repair shop.

Their Support Manager played dumb and offered excuse after excuse why AUTEL WILL NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

It was bad enough having to pay $166.00 for a repair, but to get back a piece of junk that ruined two good batteries, and not return my original (trouble-free) camera looks like DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES, to me.

This has to be the best customer service i ever had.

Customer service ( Jodie ) went over and beyond to help resolve my situation. Along with Autels team they were able to replace the tool and expedite
shipping so I will be able to deliver this tool (Diagnostics Tablet ) to my son in the Bahamas. Thank you for accommodating my request! One very satisfied Customer!

I have had 2 Autel Evo2 Drones. The first one was fine no real issues so I upgraded and have had nothing but problems.

The smart controller stopped working and was eventually replaced by the worst customer service I'd experienced to that point. This title didn't last long though as the drone then stopped doing one of its core functions and I had to deal with customer service again.

I am currently 13 weeks into this issue with only a suggested software update given as a solution (it didn't work, no surprise). The Drone is used for my business and has been grounded for most of this year.

I am being forced to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court.

A good drone ruined by totally inept customer services.

My shop has two MaxiTPMS TS608 tools. Recently we've been unable to program tire sensors. On a whim I logged onto autel.com and started a support ticket, even though I figured I was shouting into the void. A few minutes later my phone rang and Jodie started updating both of my tools (at the same time!) and got me back up and running.

I've been a user for years but I have never had to call them. Today I needed them more than ever and boy did they deliver. Thanks Jodie for all of your help.

I purchased a MaxiTPMS Pad not realising that you need a subscription! It worked the first time on a trial but cant use any more. Tried Autel uk, who dont want to know. Autel have a web based communications system - have been onhold for an hour. I have spent too much time on this. Probably just dont buy unless you use these things daily and can make a subscription pay.
