Great tools, customer service is on point, only had 1 issue i couldnt resolve and Jodie R was a great help with some of those technical difficulties.

Jodie went above and beyond with the customer service. Knowledgeable on the product and was eager to help. Will ask for Jodie again if I have to call back.

This company advertise pro diagnostic devises which they are not.they very basic devises unless you spend upwards of a thousand pound.they don't honour the guarantee.

Jodie should be the Lead Trainer in customer service for Autel NA. Best customer service experience I have ever had over the telephone! He took care of every concern I had, and even some I didn't know I had! Jodie you are an absolute rock star!

Happy with their service. Very infomative on tool capabilities, repair and service options while getting me registered with my new tool. I wish more companies operated like this, going beyond the minimum.

Evo 2 remote controller does not recognize my Samsung S23 Ultra and they don't how to fix it.

The wait was reasonable. But Jodie was phenomenal. Efficient yet patient and very clear in the support he provided. What an encouraging thing it is when a great product is complimented with exceptional service. A rare duo today.

Hi. Jodie and Autel. I am a autel Autra Maxisy. I have been holding on my decision to update my tool, but after talk with this support Tech I am 100% ready upgrade and update software. This guy hit me out the park like a flying ball that was it by a professional hitter. You want this guy to talk with every person that calls in. of course i know that not Jodie is good, very good.

Jodie and team were great and extremely helpful. I was on the phone for awhile trying to reach tech support, but Jodie was very quick to respond to my email request. Jodie also went out of his way to email me instructions on how to handle my issue, which was very helpful. What I really appreciate from him was that he was willing to stay on the phone with me to ensure that my problem was resolved. He wasn't just going to give me instructions and hang up. You don't find customer service like that to often. Thank you again Jodie and team!
