Jodie was able to help me get a couple of different scanners set up and was even able to help us with our email accounts being locked out. He was able to quickly help us and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

Tech Support is wonderful, Got all my issues figured out real time when the autel wasent connecting to a porsche. 1 phone call and we were connected and reading in a timely fashion

I was asked to do the registration and update for a MS919. Never did one before and was really nervous to take it on. Autel (Jodie) made it easy and worked with me to do what was needed. Top notch CSR. Now I know how to do this for the next time! Thanks Autel!

I'm confident that Jodie assisted me in understanding the complex in and outs of the Autel scan tool. I had it set up wrong as well as plugged into my pc which is a nono sooo here I go going to fix a DODGE TRUCK

Autel Tech Support is the worst company I have ever dealt with. with 78 percent people agreeing with a 1 star rating, I wish I would have researched reviews before buying from them. I have tickets 2 years old that support has not responded too. If you need immediate support, you're likely waiting 3-4 days. There is no support on the weekend. If you anticipate a crisis, expect to curse them frequently as they don't care to improve their support by any means. Their products are still old fashioned and difficult to use. You will have to spend a lot of time watching youtube videos as it is the extent of immediate support, and its unlikely going to solve your problem. I would not spend any money on this company and definitely not on renewing a subscription. I greatly dislike this company based on the multiple experiences.

Did his best to Rob me out of thousands of pounds.
Bought autels best tool,I received it and it wouldn't identify with several cars.
An absolute pile of rubbish.
He did his absolute upmost not to refund me after I had the unit for less than a day.
Thankfully my visa card made him refund me.
Don't buy this rubbish or anything from impact diagnostics

Bad customer support. Have tried to use “update all” for months, but doesn’t work.

Catastrophic bad support.
After SW upgrade my AL619EU lost 60% of the vehicle coverage and is now useless to me.
No solution or refund offered.

Crap Chinese tools that state they can do almost everything.Rubbish I just bought and sent back an autel 909 from impact Diagnostics up north.The solo amuture dealer has no idea what he's talking about.
I have had to raise a charge back on my credit card as the autel dealer has taken my tool and money after promising a refund when delivered.two days gone and still no refund.

Buy snapon if you want a professional tool!!

I put my job on the line an recommend this scan tool so now my job is in jeperty when the subscription runs out it doesn't work any more we check out ten cars a day an it was my primary tool I'm dead to my boss now so good luck taking that chance

I bought a MaxiDiag Md808 pro worked well on some cars but when it connected to my wife's car it would not recognise the vin number. I contacted the support after registering the product .this was to try and get a solution.
This was about 2 months ago now and still no reply so there so called support isn't fit for purpose.
It would seem to me they are happy for the sale and that's it , i thought the service would have been better as itvseeems to be a American company
