Ich habe eine Rundreise Skandinavische Hauptstädte bei Authentic Scandinavia gebucht. Es war eine selbstgeführte Rundreise. Die Leistungen von Authentic Scandinavia bezogen sich auf die Hotels in Kopenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm und Helsinki, die beiden Nachtfähren Kopenhagen-Oslo, Stockholm-Helsinki sowie die Zugverbindung Oslo-Stockholm. Es war alles perfekt organisiert und hat tadellos geklappt. Vor der Reise haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt, die Unterlagen mit dem Reiseverlauf sowie die Voucher kamen ein paar Wochen vor der Reise, sodass man sich optimal vorbereiten konnte. Offene Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet oder geklärt. Während der Reise hatte ich nur einmal eine Frage, welche auch sofort beantwortet wurde. Ansonsten lief alles und wir mussten keinen weiteren Kontakt mit Authentic Scandinavia aufnehmen. Unsere Erfahrung war sehr positiv. Dementsprechend haben wir die Reise genossen.

Ich bin über eine Webanzeige auf eine Reise von Authentic Scandinavia aufmerksam geworden. Wenige Tage später hatte ich eine gebuchte Reise (Hotel/Frühstück and Bahn-/Bus-Schifffahrten) in der Hand. Ich habe sogar später meine Tochter zusätzlich hinzufügen können. Dies hat später zu einem Hotelbuchungsproblem geführt, was aber umgehend (weniger als 45 Min) von Authentic Scandinavia per Telefon/Mail geregelt wurde. Reise entsprechend meiner Vorstellung, Erwartung voll erfüllt. Versprechen, das authentische Norwegen kennenzulernen, eingehalten.

Es war eine sehr gute Begleitung und Hilfe durch von außen kommende Schwierigkeiten.Die Lösung der Probleme war sehr schnell. Die Beschreibung der Reise war voll in Erfüllung gegangen und für mich und meinen Mann ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Atmosphäre, Essen,Crew, Guide waren super! Danke!!!

Wir haben über Authentic Scandinavia eine Postschiffreise zum Nordkapp gebucht. Der Buchungsvorgang verlief hervorragend. Auf e-mails gab es spätestens am nächsten Tag eine Antwort, telefonisch war immer wer zu erreichen. Sämtliche Anliegen wurden bestens erledigt. Ich buche ganz sicher wieder über Authentic Scandinavia.

Vi gjorde ju resan på egen hand med Authentic Scandinavia i ryggen. Resans alla moment var förbokade genom arrangörens försorg. Upplägget kräver dock en självständig resenär då man fick leta lite för att att tex hitta rätt busshållplats inför flodkryssningen. Flomsbanen var magisk med sitt stopp vid forsen och ett möte med Vildvittran. Det var värdefullt att ha alla platsbiljetter på tågresan bokade. Det gjorde allt mycket tryggt och lugnt.

We booked one of the Norway tours available from the Authentic Scandinavia website. The Authentic Scandinavia team were very helpful when they informed us that our desired dates were unavailable but could make the trip work with some rearrangements to effectively fit a similar tour. We agreed and everything was well explained and worked through with us thoroughly and efficiently.

All adjustments to travel schedules such as trains times etc. were also dealt with easily, a full itenary with directions was prepared and sent; and all the tickets came through well in advance. They even provided additional information about the railway line and recommendations of things to do and places to eat at places along the route.

The net result was an amazing trip- all the tickets were accepted with no questions and all the instructions were easy to follow and accurate. They are an excellent company to arrange a trip to Scandanvia with!
