What a ridiculous system.

When we purchased the product, the staff member specifically told us that if we had not heard anything after five days, we should call the contact number provided on the invoice.

Five days passed with no update, so I did exactly what your staff instructed and called the number. The automated message then told me that the best way to enquire about an order status is through the “Contact Us” link on your website, or to send a message if I want the “quickest” response, because apparently your staff cannot provide order status information over the phone.

So why give customers a phone number on the invoice and specifically tell them to call it to follow up on an order if that is not actually the correct process?

This is an unnecessarily confusing and poorly designed system that wastes customers’ time. Your in-store staff, phone system and website should all be giving customers the same instructions.

Whoever designed this process seriously needs to rethink it.

Unfortunately I have not received an invoice nor have received any communications of the order placed.
Pretty disappointing to say the least. Will most likely be shopping elsewhere moving forward.

The emails from accepting the order to the delivery of the package was constantly updated which I was very appreciative of. The freight was fast and the items I ordered were well packed. I cannot fault Automotive Superstore and will definitely use them again.

A very easy system, I have my families vehicles in the "selected vehicles" drop down list so I can pick which vehicle I need spares for and find the part for that specific vehicle.
Generally speaking the delivery system is very fast.

Absolutely useless company and not worth buying from.

I ordered some brake rotors and pads over a month ago after being told the lead time was two weeks, so I went ahead with the order. After three weeks, I called to find out what was going on and was told that the order had been put on hold for some reason, but that the parts were ready to be shipped and would be sent via express due to the delay.

I called back the next day as I still hadn’t received a tracking number. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes before someone else picked up the phone, with no idea why I had been put on hold. I was then told there was a note saying my order was supposed to have been shipped the previous day via express, but they were now telling me there was no stock and that they would be issuing me a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I will not be buying from them again, either online or otherwise.

Hard to leave feedback yet, ive only ordered today. Can give more accurate score once item delivered, but so far the process has been easy & good communication.

Great service, the correct products were sent out really fast! I ordered mid morning and got my order two days later. I might have just gotten lucky with my purchase but the price was phenomenally cheaper than anywhere else. The products were well packed and in mint condition when they arrived.
I will certainly come back to Automotive Superstore when I need something next time!
