It definitely looked good but it didn’t fit my motor I ordered this for an early Chev engine and mine does not have holes in the end of the heads
The heads are off a 327 HK Monaro

Showing in stock when purchased and it took 8 days (6 business days) for the package to be ready to be picked up be Aust post. Now I have to wait about a week for it to come in the post.

Automotive Superstore customer service has completely deteriorated over the last few orders, with my recent experience being the last straw… Ordered a Condenser and set of Front / Rear Brake Pads with confirmation they were correct ones via the whole Rego Plate vehicle parts checker. This was on Monday 15/6 and expected delivery was quoted as 2-3 days which was good as needed them that weekend. After 2 weeks of chasing and taking 2-3 days to respond every enquiry they finally turned up on Tuesday 30/6 !! Went to fit the Brake Pads and they were the WRONG ones for my car despite showing as correct on website. Had to source alternative Pads as car was now apart and needed Pads same day… After weeks of back and forth emails with a response from Auto Superstore taking a MINIMUM 2-3 days each time, I posted the Return to them on 31/7 and they received it back on 7/8 - and ALL correspondence to them stated I wanted a FULL REFUND for these parts. It is now 7/9 (1 FULL MONTH) later and I am still chasing Auto Superstore for the Refund ! At least 3 times I have had a reply from them saying “we have received your request for a Refund, are you sure you don’t want other parts or a store credit instead of a refund ?” - to which I have to reply “NO - JUST REFUND ME THE MONEY AS REQUESTED!” And of course the usual 2-3 days minimum delay between each response from them… Unbelievably poor customer service and complete lack of response to a simple refund request with some pretty dodgy “bait and switch / deflect” tactics to delay payment… Purchase from Automotive Superstore at your own risk and good luck if (when?) it goes wrong….

Highly competitive pricing and quality parts. The team sorted out a catalogue issue that resulted initially in the wrong part for my car and ended with the right part. Great customer service

It’s been over a week and my order still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve already reached out with no help or anything constructive.

The prices were excellent, the range is huge, i love that you can input your cars make and model and it will give you what will fit on your car. For this purchase it was windscreen wiper blades. The process was easy and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this to my family and friends.

Have ordered from them on 2 separate occasions, both times the site stated the products were in stock, but after waiting for shipping info for over two weeks I decided to contact them and was told the products were on their way from another location. Second order was cancelled as it was beyond a joke how long it was taking. Will never deal with them again due to the fact they are unreliable and do not communicate with the customer.

I had an issue that was not resolved in the first instance. However, Pete Kassis took the time to call me and assisted me with sorting out my issue with delivery. The professionalism and care Pete provided is second to none. Thank you Pete for your timely intervention. Very grateful.

Your orders take over a week to be ready, unless you pay for express post. Won’t be using Automotive Superstore in the future.

I found a mounting kit for a Mecedes air compressor that I didn't think I would ever get. Saw it by chance whilst looking for something else.

Nowhere on the website says 10 days for despatch. Asked if I can get it sooner as I am losing income with my Ute off the road. Despatch now on hold while they think about it ( one day and still no decision). Do not recommend this store. Great advertising but no service.

The website and order process was easy to use and I will admit it took 5 attempts to pay for my purchase. The range of accessories was vast. I have purchased from this site many times.

ordered on the 13th and it wasn't clear on the website that it wouldn't be dispatched until the 21st, and then wasn't dispatched until the 25th. Wouldn't have ordered if i knew this was the timeline. Was bombarded by junk emails post ordering. Even the review required more junk emails
