Automotive Superstore Pty Ltd Reviews

I ordered pioneer speakers to upgrade the cheap speakers in my series 200 landcruiser from automotive superstores a week ago, recieved them yesterday and fitted them both in about an hour this morning.
The sound is amazing in comparison, very happy.
Automotive superstores kept in touch throughout shipping and emailed a link to a video on how to fit.
Will shop here again.

Communication and speed of delivery was great

Fast shipping, and a great price!

I will definitely be using these guys again!

It was an amazing purchase found the best product for a pretty good price. Bryan was really helpful and prompt in answering questions and helping through.
Highly recommend

They couldn't fill the order in a timely fashion (its a car battery, I can't wait weeks!) I cancelled the order before they even processed or shipped the order.

Now they're trying to steal 5% for the priveledge... then have the balls to say they will refund the entire ammount in store Credit!!! Buyer beware! bad business! never again

Great service
Good prices
Fast postage

Communication was first rate, product was the right part, and to have 2 , excellent.
And the delivery company was spot on as well, keeping me informed all the way. And delivered exactly when the said.
Well done chaps.👍👍

Easy to deal with online, very quick response, good price, fast delivery. Purchase was perfect

Great service, great prices and very fast delivery. Very happy customer!

Great price and super quick delivery Many Thanks

The ease of ordering and the producr range were exceptional at a very good price. The item I purchased was difficult to locate at any store but I found it at the Automotive Superstore.

Reasonable prices for the products i have purchased the only issue was i spent almost $ 400 and had to pay for postage and i purchased 4 trico wiper blades but only received one free bottle of window cleaner i thought it was 1 free bottle per item purchased.

Wasn’t sure if pick up option worked

Easy to navigate and car matching service was great experience

good description of the filter.
good communication
fast delivery

Bought an expensive item and requested it be sent express. They agreed then delayed posting it for 5 days. Then the courier company Global Express lost it for 10 days. There was nothing but excuses. The item seems good but quite frankly I would be a wary of buying from them.

Great site, short on detail for fitment of wiper blades. There is direction for advice, but no advice on actual fitment types, of which there are two. Despite match to make model and series, not sure if I will get correct fitment.

Very unclear early on whether you could click and collect.
Tried to ring you to clarify but that was impossible - thousands of options via your system but none got me thru - obviously you trying to be efficient but your not friendly doing it

Great sale discount on a well known brand and plus another additional discount to complete the purchase.
Easy online sourcing the part needed and checking out

I used there licence plate number thingy to order the right part for my car. Yet once I got it, it was for a wrong part. After jumping through hoops for a week, they accepted the return. I had already spent $20 on postage, then another 15 too send it back, now a 10% restock fee. It actually cost me 80, lost $43 because of there website tool. Thats complete Bs.
