Awesome,, so simple to do

All went very well. The communication was good. My only difficulty was completing the order when I had forgotten my password.

Quote 5 to 10 days delivery and I chose to pick it up and still after 2 weeks not emails or tracking or correspondence . worst service I have experience

I was looking for fuel additive and came across Automotive Superstore and you had what I was looking for the Nulon Fuel Stabiliser.

Good products and good prices.
Good communication and fast shipping

Very easy to find the product(s) I wanted, order them and receive confirmation of order, and in process. I like using PayPal Pay in 4 too, and there were a range of payment options. All too easy ;-D

Had a hard to find product. Easy to order and pay for. Nice to have a small welcoming discount

Quick and easy

AS e-commerce experience very positive. I have issues with Aerpro and their product line and fitting guides / product selection. From the "validated" compatibility tool on their website, I only used two products. Everything else was an absolute waste of money. No reflection on Automotive Superstore. Aerpro are just full of BS.

dishonest seller. Can't supply and asked for a restock fee on goods never shipped.
Had to file a paypal claim.
Do not buy from them.

Good buying experience

Have ordered through them approx 10 times and have only had 2 sub-par experiences, once where I had ordered something that caused an error in the system which was resolved by a phone call. And another time where I was delivered an empty box that should’ve had an item inside, which was also able to be resolved by a phone call and couple of emails after which they sent me the missing item.

Great service. Fast delivery. Bit difficult to navigate website if you want to order for two different cars.

Easy to order, delivery was within 4 days answered all emails efficiently I’ll be shopping for more items from these guys

Good communication. Great selection. Prompt delivery. Have dealt with them before and will continue to do so into the future.

I don't think your web site is the easiest to navigate around.

It is fast and easy to find the parts that you are looking for, the biggest thing I liked the most is it tells you ETA of dispatch so if you are in a rush for some things you can order at different times. The pricing beats most of the big money grabber stores.
