AUX UK Reviews

Just converted from a gas boiler to an AUX HeatPump, and what a difference!! You would hardly know it's running, the unit looks good. Not an eye sore like some of the others I looked at. Also very efficient

An excellent company to deal with, very efficient and professional service. Would highly recommend :)

Great service. Very professional. Well recommended

As a portfolio landlord, I've worked with many suppliers over the years — but my experience with AUX Heat Pumps has been one of the best so far.

The entire process, from initial contact to installation, was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Their customer service team is responsive and professional, and the installers were on time, tidy, and clearly experienced. AUX handled everything efficiently, making the whole operation effortless for me.

But most importantly — the tenants are genuinely happy. The systems are quiet, reliable, and deliver excellent heating and hot water performance. I’ve had zero complaints, and several tenants have even commented on how much more comfortable their homes feel.

On the operational side, AUX’s team made everything easy to manage — great communication, fast turnaround times, and no surprises. It’s a relief to deal with a company that just gets things done properly.

Highly recommended for anyone in property who wants a stress-free, future-proof heating solution backed by great people and great service.

I had a aux heat pump recently installed at my property after a lot of debating of the effectiveness of the newer technology, after weighing up the pros and cons I bit the bullet,
So far the unit and system has worked well not only heating the water and heating my property utilising the egsisting radiators which was one of my concerns,
Now there is no gas at the property I am probaly a 1/3 better on my energy consumption,
Would highly recommend this technology

Recently I had AUX heat pump installed in my house last month replacing my old gas boiler. Very impressed how efficient heat pump heats up my heating and hot water. Now I don’t have gas I switched to heat pump tariff with octopus energy and I half my energy bills. The heat pump in my garden in modern stylish looking unit and runs very quietly, you barely would know that it’s on. AUX programmer and app is very easy to use control your heating and hot water needs. Highly recommended buying AUX heat pump to upgrade from traditional gas boiler system.

This is the real deal.

Very Efficient

We have had an AUX Heat Pump installed at our house recently, we love the control that we have over the heating and hot water; downloaded an app on our phone also. We are amazed with the simplicity and detailed data viewing on how much electricity is used etc. I would recommend with confidence.

I first heard about heat pump technology being eco-friendly and a great alternative for renewable energy. That got me curious, so I did some research — and that’s how I came across AUX UK. I’m really glad I did!

They did an amazing job. Super friendly and professional team — they removed my old boiler and installed a brand-new renewable system in just three days. Everything went smoothly and the system works great.

If you’re thinking about switching to something greener, I definitely recommend these guys!
