Used Avery Estate Agents to manage sale of a property local to their offices in Milton. As I did not live in the area I had to rely on them a great deal to manage the sale process for me. The level of communication was excellent - I was kept informed at every stage and Mandi and Max were responsive by phone and email whenever I had a query. Daren played a particularly important role - he was patient and calming whenever I felt it all getting a bit stressful and his optimism that all would come good was reassuring. I have transferred from another letting agent to Averys and they managed the letting. I then sold a property and Daren and his team have been amazing. The letting and selling department sit in the same office and they can coordinate/communicate efficacity together. When I have telephoned, and Daren has not been unavailable, and I needed to leave a message he has always rang back immediately. Daren has been able to explain when I have needed, and he was able to accommodate the needs of the buyers for me by reassuring and assisting the sale forwards.
